Hola de nuevo! Hoy les traigo un post siendo el segundo día del Retro Gaming Blogging Challenge, el cual me encanta y disfruto ver diferentes posts de los participantes de este reto. Me parece genial poder recordar con algo de nostalgia el tiempo que me pasaba jugando en mis consolas diversos juegos que me encantaban y hoy les contaré sobre el primer videojuego que jugué.
Hello again! Today I come to you a post being the second day of the Retro Gaming Blogging Challenge, which I love and enjoy seeing different posts from the participants of this challenge. I think it's great to remember with some nostalgia the time I spent playing on my consoles various games that I loved and today I'll tell you about the first video game I played.
Mi primer videojuego | My first video game
La verdad es que no me acuerdo justamente del primer juego que jugué, pero sí recuerdo algunos que jugué cuando era muy pequeña así que discúlpenme si no hablo de uno, pero es que no me acuerdo jajaja. Tengo un recuerdo de haber jugado Super Smash con mis primos en la Nintendo 64 que tenía en mi casa, y déjenme contarles que era muy mala (casi tanto como lo soy actualmente en Súper Smash). Recuerdo que usaba mucho a Fox porque me encantaba el juego Star Fox.
Otro juego que fue uno de los primeros es el famosos Súper Mario Bros. Debo admitir que me encantan los juegos de plataforma y además, ese juego fue un éxito rotundo que imagino que más de uno lo jugó alguna vez en su vida. Tengo muchos recuerdos de tener que esquivar obstáculos, agarrar hongos y estrellas, pasar diversos mundos y todo eso para salvar a la princesa Peach de las garras de Bowser, después de grande logré pasar todo el juego.
The truth is that I don't remember the first game I played, but I do remember some games I played when I was very little so excuse me if I don't talk about one, but I just don't remember hahaha. I have a memory of playing Super Smash with my cousins on the Nintendo 64 I had at home, and let me tell you, I was really bad at it (almost as bad as I am at Super Smash nowadays). I remember using Fox a lot because I loved the game Star Fox.
Another game that was one of the first is the famous Super Mario Bros. I must admit that I love platform games and besides, that game was such a smash hit that I imagine more than one of you played it at some point in your life. I have many memories of having to dodge obstacles, grab mushrooms and stars, pass different worlds and all that to save Princess Peach from the clutches of Bowser, after I grew up I managed to pass the whole game.
En cuanto a la PlayStation 1 que mencioné en el post anterior, recuerdo el primer juego con el que lo estrené y fue el Crash Bandicoot 1. De verdad me encanta esa saga de videojuegos. Como dije antes me gustan mucho los juegos de plataforma y este era uno perfecto para mí en ese entonces, además de tener muchísimos niveles para pasar. Tengo un recuerdo cuando solo le daba a cuadrado para que girara como tornado por un buen rato y así podía estar un buen rato por el juego jajaja.
Romper las cajas sin explotar era casi una misión imposible para mí en ese entonces, podía tardar horas jugando para pasar los niveles pero obtener las gemas era demasiado satisfactorio al final. También estaba la roca gigante la cual odiaba porque siempre me aplastaba al comienzo. Hay muchas cosas sobre este videojuego que me gustaría hablar en un post aparte porque de verdad es excelente, además de haber sido un rotundo éxito cuando salió. Es una de mis series de videojuegos favorita y le guardo mucho cariño.
As for the PlayStation 1 that I mentioned in the previous post, I remember the first game that I played for the first time and it was Crash Bandicoot 1. As I said before I really like platform games and this was a perfect one for me back then, besides having a lot of levels to pass. I have a memory when I just hit square to make it spin like a tornado for a long time and so I could spend a long time playing the game hahaha.
Breaking the boxes without exploding was almost an impossible mission for me back then, it could take hours playing to pass the levels but getting the gems was too satisfying at the end. There was also the giant rock which I hated because it always crushed me at the beginning. There are many things about this video game that I would like to talk about in a separate post because it really is excellent, besides being a resounding success when it came out. It is one of my favorite video game series and I am very fond of it.
