Pokémon Ranger is a role-playing game that was designed for the Nintendo Ds system. This game was released on March 23rd, 2016 in the country of Japan and was later released in many more countries, reaching everyone.
Pokémon Ranger is a spin-off created to diversify the market and recreate new stories from the same storyline universe.
Story
Story
At the beginning of the story we are allowed to choose our character. We can choose the boy with blue hair or the girl who is also very similar. These characters want to become Rangers who are in charge of caring for and protecting the Pokémon and their natural habitat.
Our characters are accepted as protective members of the Pokémon in a small town called Floresta. There, our characters will experience very strange events caused by evil characters. They must embark on a dangerous journey and adventure in order to save the Pokémon's habitat and prevent evil people from taking over the Pokémon's power.
Gameplayability
GameplayabilityThe first time I was able to play this game, I was surprised because it wasn't like other Pokémon games. This time, in order to capture our Pokémon, we had to use the Stylus and make circular movements around the Pokémon. Sounds simple, but it's not. The game will get more complicated and the Pokémon will get stronger as the story progresses and have skills that will bring us down.
In this game, we'll be able to use the Pokémon to pass through obstacles and also to make it easier to capture the Pokémon, all depending on the type and class of our Pokémon.
Visual Section
Visual SectionThe animations in this game are very beautiful. It has a quite worked drawing and quite Pixel Art, which gives it a unique touch, so are most of the Nintendo Ds games. It's a game that I enjoyed a lot because it was very different from the others and that makes it unique.
The scenarios are quite well set with the story and at no time could I see anything that I didn't like about the animation, it's not ultra detailed graphics but it's pretty decent.
Soundtrack
SoundtrackThe music in this game reminds us of all Pokémon games, and that's a good thing, because it doesn't lose its essence. Quite epic, beautiful and mysterious music depending on the situation.
The sounds seem pretty decent to me. Something that I don't like very much is that the character walking makes an animation and the sound of his steps is heard at the wrong time, but it's nothing serious. I think the other sounds are great. And as always, the Pokémon keep their distinctive scream or roar.

Pokémon Ranger es un juego de rol-acción que fue diseñado para la consola Nintendo Ds. Este juego fue lanzado el 23 de Marzo de 2016 en el país de Japón y luego se lanzó en muchos más países, llegando a manos de todos.
Pokémon Ranger es un Spin-off creado para diversificar el mercado y recrear nuevas historias del mismo universo argumental.
Historia
Historia
Al empezar la historia se nos permite elegir a nuestro personaje. Podemos elegir al chico de pelo azul o a la chica que también es muy parecida. Estos personajes quieren convertirse en Rangers quienes son los encargados de cuidar y proteger a los Pokémon y su hábitat natural.
Nuestros protagonistas son aceptados como miembros protectores de los Pokémon en una pequeña ciudad llamada Floresta. Ahí nuestros personajes vivirán sucesos muy extraños causados por personajes malvados. Ellos deberán de emprender un viaje y una aventura bastante peligrosa para poder salvar el hábitat de los Pokémon y evitar que las personas malvadas se adueñen del poder de los Pokémon.
JUGABILIDAD
JUGABILIDADLa primera vez que pude jugar a este juego, quedé sorprendido ya que no era igual a los demás juegos de Pokemón. Esta vez para poder capturar a nuestros Pokemón debíamos hacer uso del Stylus(Lápiz táctil) y hacer movimientos circulares alrededor de los Pokémon. Suena sencillo, pero no lo es. El juego se hará más complicado y los Pokémon se harán más fuertes mientras avanza la historia y dispondrán de habilidades que nos bajarán la vida.
En este juego podremos hacer uso de los Pokémon para poder pasar obstáculos y también para facilitar la captura de los Pokémon, todo esto dependiendo del tipo y de la clase de nuestros Pokémon.
Apartado Visual
Apartado VisualLas animaciones de este juego son muy bonitas. Dispone de un dibujado bastante trabajado y bastante Pixel Art, lo que le da un toque único, así son la mayoría de los juegos de Nintendo Ds. Es un juego el cual disfruté mucho ya que era muy diferente a los demás y eso lo hace único.
Los escenarios están bastante bien ambientados con la historia y en ningún momento pude ver algo que no me gustase de la animación, no son gráficos ultra detallados pero si son bastante decentes.
Banda Sonora
Banda SonoraLa música de este juego nos hace recordar a todos los juegos de Pokémon y eso es algo muy bueno, ya que no pierde su esencia. Música bastante épica, bonita y misteriosa dependiendo la situación.
Los sonidos me parecen bastante decentes. Algo que no me gusta mucho es que el personaje al caminar hace una animación y el sonido de sus pasos se escucha a destiempo, pero no es nada grave. Los demás sonidos me parecen geniales. Y como siempre, los Pokémon mantienen su distintivo grito o ruñido.
