If you like platform games, I'm sure you'll love Unravel.
Unravel is a platform and puzzle game that was launched in February 2016. This game was released for PS4, Xbox and PC. I still remember when they published the trailer and I immediately fell in love with this game.
There was a very polished graphic section with beautiful scenery and very good quality music, the truth is that besides me, many people were also fascinated with the game. Unfortunately after its release the game was played by very few people, in fact you could say that the game is underrated, but in reality it is a hidden gem.
Story
Story In the introduction of the game we can see an old lady who is at home, she looks nostalgic but happy. The old lady as she goes up the stairs drops a red ball of wool that rolls on the floor and moves to a place where the light does not shine. After that we will meet our dear Yarny, who is the main character of this title.
We will discover that Yarny has the ability to move within the framed paintings, thus being able to visit many places that were important to the owners of the home and discover their memories of the past. Yarny can see the happy moments that will be remembered forever but she can also see the dark and sad moments. Yarny, you will have to visit all the places loved by the people of the house to form a heart. Yarny represents love and happiness, while he is on the move he unravels when he travels through the most precious places they loved.
It has a very moving and captivating story.
Gameplayability
Gameplayability The gameplay of this game is simple. Yarny is composed of a metal skeleton that is covered with wool. As Yarny advances through the most beautiful places, he leaves a wool path, which is the main mechanic. We will use part of his wool to be able to swing and move to faraway places and also to be able to tie up objects and drag them. Besides using it also to leave behind our enemies that in this case are simple animals.
However, our wool has a limit, we must pay much attention to the balls of wool that are distributed on stage so that Yarny can go further.
Its difficulty is not very high, but it is not so easy either, it is balanced.
Visual Section
Visual Section The visual section is incredible. Even though the game is many years old, its graphics are on par with today's games. Yarny's design is very careful and polished as well as the settings. The shadows, the lighting, the reflections, everything is extremely careful, it's amazing.
To tell you the truth, I'm not a fan of platform games, but I fell in love with this game in every way and it blew me away visually.

I've already told you how strong it is in terms of graphics but what makes Unravel special and really emotional is the sound and music.
Music will bring you joy, sadness, anguish, loneliness, and more. The sound that sets each stage is realistic. The wind, the animals around us, the sounds of the outside, everything is heard as it should be heard. I am almost sure that if you play it you will shed more than one tear.
Now all you have to do is download it and try it out. I'm sure you'll love it.

Si te gustan los juegos de plataformas, estoy seguro de que Unravel te va a encantar.
Unravel es un juego de plataformas y puzzles que fue lanzado en febrero del 2016. Este juego se lanzó para PS4, Xbox y Pc. Aún recuerdo cuando publicaron el trailer e inmediatamente me enamoré de este juego.
En él se podía apreciar un apartado gráfico muy pulido con escenarios preciosos y música de muy buena calidad, la verdad es que además de mi, muchas personas también quedaron fascinadas con el juego. Lamentablemente después de su lanzamiento el juego fue jugado por muy pocas personas, de hecho se podría decir que el juego es infravalorado, pero en realidad es una joya escondida.
Historia
Historia En la introducción del juego podremos ver a una anciana que está en su hogar, se le nota nostálgica pero feliz. La anciana al subir las escaleras deja caer una bola roja de lana que rueda por el piso y se desplaza hacia un lugar donde la luz no da. Luego de eso conoceremos a nuestro querido Yarny, el cual es el protagonista de este título.
Descubriremos que Yarny tiene la capacidad de desplazarse dentro de los cuadros enmarcados, pudiendo así visitar muchos lugares que fueron importantes para los dueños del hogar y descubrir sus memorias sobre el pasado. Yarny puede ver los momentos felices que serán recordados por siempre pero también puede ver los momentos oscuros y tristes. Yarny, tendrá que recorrer todos los lugares amados por los habitantes de la casa para formar un corazón. Yarny representa el amor y la felicidad, mientras él se desplaza se desenreda cuando viaja por los lugares más preciados que ellos amaban.
Posee una historia muy emotiva y cautivadora.
Jugabilidad
Jugabilidad La jugabilidad de este juego es sencillita. Yarny está compuesto por un esqueleto metálico que está cubierto de lana. A medida que Yarny avanza por los lugares más bonitos, él deja un camino de lana, la cual es la mécanica principal. Utilizaremos parte de su lana para poder columpiarnos y desplazarnos hasta lugares lejanos y también para poder atar objetos y arrastrarlos. Además de utilizarla también para traspasar a nuestros enemigos que en este caso son simples animales.
Sin embargo, nuestra lana tiene un límite, deberemos de prestar mucha atención a las bolas de lana que se encuentran repartidas en el escenario para que Yarny pueda llegar más lejos.
Su dificultad no es muy elevada, pero tampoco es tan fácil, está equilibrado.
Apartado Visual
Apartado Visual El apartado visual es increíble. A pesar de que el juego sea de hace muchos años atrás, sus gráficos están a la par de los juegos actuales. El diseño de Yarny está muy cuidado y pulido al igual que los escenarios. Las sombras, la iluminación, los reflejos, todo está sumamente cuidado, es asombroso.
A decir verdad no soy amante de los juegos de plataformas, pero este juego me enamoró en todos los aspectos y en lo visual me dejó boquiabierta.
Banda Sonora
Banda Sonora Y vamos con mi plato favorito de este fantástico título, el sonido.
Ya te he hablado de lo fuerte que es en cuanto a gráficos pero lo que hace especial y realmente emotivo a Unravel es el sonido y la música.
La música te transmitirá alegría, tristeza, angustia, soledad, y más. El sonido que ambienta cada escenario es realista. El viento, los animales que nos rodean, los sonidos del exterior, todo se escucha como se debe de escuchar. Estoy casi seguro de que si lo juegas derramarás más de una lágrima.
Ahora solo tienes que ir a descargarlo y probarlo. Estoy seguro de que te encantará.
