➤ I think all of us who played Far Cry 2 remember it for its stupid weapon lock-on system, although it made a lot of sense for the context in which the game is oriented, but it always locked on at the worst time, likewise, Fay Cry 2 has a lot to highlight, let's see.
➤ As you know I do not like to write about the story, especially in a game like this that has a lot to surprise us, and even vary according to the choice of our characters.
➤ Far Cry 2 is set in Africa, so we will find a rather rough environment, full of weeds, plants and something desert, with a yellowish touch in the sky and almost all the environment in general. In itself the technology and infrastructure is not very advanced, so we will find quite rural areas.
➤ Something quite curious is the frequency and the way in which we can create forest fires, which by the way, there is no existing way in the game to stop them. We can burn an entire meadow and nothing will happen and we will not be able to avoid it, in the same way the appearance of the fire and how everything is burning is very attractive to the eye, and I like that a lot, I also think that in some way or another it fits with the setting.
➤ The theme of weapons is somewhat complicated here, because, in the area we will find many old and deteriorated weapons, which will cause the weapon to be able to jam in the worst moments and make us suffer, so it is best to choose to buy new weapons or in good condition. For this we will need diamonds, which are the in-game currency.
➤ We can buy weapons in different safe areas or bars, there will be an armory and a garage next to it, in the armory there will be a computer where we can see the weapons menu and buy.
➤ The advantage is that once we buy a weapon we can have it available forever, as it will be stored in the garage hanging on a wall along with other supplies, and we can go whenever we want to take any weapon, or ammunition, grenades or whatever we need, there will also be special cases for different objects.

➤ One of the details that I love most about this game is the availability of cars, I think it is something extremely fun, and also with a somewhat realistic handling that makes it pretty good. We can use different vehicles to move around the area and reach our various objectives or wherever we want to go and explore the world, as it is quite large and we can even find a small fauna and different animals.
➤ In the same way obviously we will have our powerful map to know where the hell we are. The map will show us different areas, towns and special accesses, it will also mark in red the place where we have to go according to our goal. Also when we open it, a GPS opens, which will have a green light that will be activated when we are near a briefcase full of diamonds.
➤ We can also conquer small bases scattered around the map, by killing all the enemies that surround it, and these will serve as a kind of safe house, where we can save the game and also rest. Since we can sleep and choose a specific time in which we want to wake up.
➤ What I like most about this game is that if we want we can also use stealth on many occasions, either to dominate bases, complete missions and also necessarily in specific objectives. The stealth is something that I really love to use in this type of games, we can also from far analyze the enemy bases to know what we can find inside them, what enemies there are or what are our best access routes, to perform an intense combat crossfire.

➤ Creo que todos los que jugamos Far Cry 2 lo recordamos por su estúpido sistema de encasquillamiento de armas, aunque con bastante sentido para el contexto en que el juego está orientado, pero es que siempre se encasquillaba en el peor momento, de igual forma, Fay Cry 2 tiene mucho que resaltar, veamos.
➤ Como saben no me gusta escribir acerca de la historia, más en un juego como este que tiene mucho lo cuál sorprendernos, e incluso variar según la elección de nuestros personajes.
➤ Far Cry 2 está orientado en África, así que nos encontraremos con un ambiente bastante brusco, lleno de maleza, plantas y algo desértico, así mismo con un toque amarillento en el cielo y en casi todo el entorno en general. De por si la tecnología y la infraestructura tampoco está muy avanzada, así que nos encontraremos con zonas bastante rurales.
➤ Algo bastante curioso es la frecuencia y la forma en que podemos crear incendios forestales, que por cierto, no hay ninguna forma existente en el juego de lograr pararlos. Podemos quemar una pradera entera y no pasará nada ni podremos evitarlo, de igual forma la apariencia del fuego y como todo va quemándose es muy atractivo a la vista, y eso me gusta mucho, también creo que de alguna u otra forma congenia con la ambientación.
➤ El tema de las armas es algo complicado aquí, pues, por la zona nos encontraremos con muchas armas viejas y deterioradas, que causarán que el arma sea capaz de encasquillarse en los peores momentos y hacernos sufrir, así que lo mejor es optar por comprar armas nuevas o en buen estado. Para esto necesitaremos diamantes, que son la moneda dentro del juego.
➤ Podemos comprar las armas en distintas zonas seguras o por bares, habrá una armería y un garaje al lado de ella, en la armería estará una computadora donde nos permitirá ver el menú de armas y comprar.
➤ La ventaja es que una vez que compremos un arma la podremos tener disponible para siempre, ya que se guardará en el garaje colgada de un muro junto a otros suministros, y podremos ir siempre que queramos para tomar cualquier arma, o munición, granadas o lo que sea que necesitemos, también habrán maletines especiales para distintos objetos.

➤ Uno de los detalles que más me encanta de este juego es la disponibilidad de los coches, creo que es algo extremadamente divertido, y así mismo con un manejo algo realista que lo hace bastante bueno. Podremos utilizar distintos vehículos para desplazarnos por la zona y llegar a nuestros distintos objetivos o donde queramos ir y explorar el mundo, ya que es bastante grande e incluso podemos encontrarnos con una pequeña fauna y distintos animales.
➤ De igual forma obviamente tendremos nuestro poderosisimo mapa para saber donde coño estamos. El mapa nos mostrará distintas zonas, pueblos y accesos especiales, también nos marcará en rojo el lugar donde tengamos que ir según nuestro objetivo. También al abrirlo se abre un GPS, que tendrá una luz verde que se activará cuando estemos cerca de un maletín lleno de diamantes.
➤ También podemos conquistar pequeñas bases repartidas por el mapa, al acabar con todos los enemigos que la rodeen, y estas nos servirán como una especie de casa franca, donde podremos guardar la partida y también descansar. Ya que podemos dormir y elegir una hora en específico en la que querer despertar.
➤ Lo que más me gusta de este juego es que también si queremos podemos utilizar en muchas ocasiones el sigilo, ya sea para dominar bases, cumplir misiones y también necesariamente en objetivos específicos. El sigilo es algo que realmente me encanta utilizar en este tipo de juegos, también podremos desde lejos analizar las bases enemigas para saber qué podremos encontrar dentro de ellas, qué enemigos hay o cuáles son nuestras mejores rutas de acceso, hasta realizar un combate intenso de disparo cruzado.

Me gustó el post, la verdad es que el juego tiene buena pinta, desearía poder probarlo pero por alguna razón que ni dios conoce mi pc no puede ni mover el primer Far Cry xd
