Con esta nueva actualización además de los skins y nuevos eprsonajes se han agregado otros tipos de aspectos al videojuegos como correción de errores del juego y bugs también además de mejorar algunos aspectos que venían fallando desde actualizaciones anteriores también tenemos actualizaciones de diálogos entre algunos personajes como es el caso de kitana y kotal kahn ya que como sabemos mileena ha sido agregada al videojuego y por lo tanto se han actualizado algunos diálogos para que no exista el factor de error de lógica en algunos casos ya que antes de la salida del kombat pack 2 mileena se encontraba totalmente ausente del videojuego a excepción de que solo tenía aparición en el friendship de kitana en donde esta aparecía con su traje clásico de los primeros videojuegos de mortal kombat, además de eso se ha agregado que en ocasiones cuando kitana se enfrente contra ella misma o sea un mirror match a veces los diálogos harán alusión a que el otro oponente que utilice a kitana igualmente esta será un clon salido de los fosos de carne de shang tsung y kitana imitará la voz de mileena y su rostro se verá un poco más siniestro como referencia a que mileena ya se encuentra en el videojuego y también en ocasiones llamarán a kitana como “hermana del foso” haciendo referencia a la creación de mileena también por parte de shang tsung.
