I love the visual style it has, I like this kind of grim/bloody/disturbing games or whatever you call them haha. Plus, I also love the retro style, so this combination is a wonder for me. I'm surprised to see it's a current release for PS5/Switch, I'd say it's not very common to re-release arcade games like this.

This game in particular is a stand out as not many games were released with this art style, this much gore, etc. I have no idea why as it was seemingly popular upon release.
I agree, the graphics are awesome. I figure the release of older arcade games would eventually pick up as releasing old home console games individually was always an option companies went with.
There are a few other arcade titles like this that we may never see re-released - Night Slashers is more like Final Fight and Streets of Rage while Mutation Nation is also but it has a more cartoon look to its gore-fest.
