Greetings citizens, It's that time of month again where we go over the progress and economics of our fair city!
Growth
As you can see, growth for September was sluggish but stable, The primary driving force for this was the accumulation of capital reserves. However as we hit October we switched gears to one of more expenditure while maintaining a certain level of capital.
Market value
Market value has remained largely stable, The recent spike is due to the acquisition of a Military Industrial Complex payed for by the blurt nations inception. Since we have no interest in blurt we have sold all but a fraction of the seeded funds we received.
Investment (hive)
Here is our primary investment, largely unchanged as we can acquire assets from our cities earnings via the global market. As we grow our fair city we should see a faster return on our investment, This will likely take years to break even in this regard.
Here we see our secondary avenue for investment the global market, As you can see we started making some returns slowly but the recent acquisition of the Military Industrial Complex as all but undone that progress. However we will continue to gain slow returns on the market to hopefully break even sometime Q2 2021.
The plan
The economic plan for the next month is as follows.
Given that our income has now reached the fabled 800 SIM mark we can begin acquiring brand new assets, However this will only be at most once a week as we wish to increase our capital reserves as well, While increasing our reserves we shall be making purchases each day from the market of cards that are sub 500 SIM.
We will also begin funnelling profits from external ventures into purchasing SIM.
We have also suspended putting 100 SIM on the market each day until SIM returns to it's peg'd value.
