Elden Ring - Multiplayer Boss Fights - Redmane Castle Duo & Crystalian Trio (Gameplay Videos)
Elden Ring has a ton of super fun boss fights but some of them can be randomly way too easy or just plain tedious. While playing the game, I did a lot of online co-op mode with friends and strangers which involved all sorts of strange shenanigans happening. Due to the match-making system being a little chaotic, I found myself leveling up my character a lot more than usual to handle these high-level invasions from other players. It ended up being making some bosses ridiculously easy at one point -- especially since you can play the game seven times and I was still on my first run.
Here's a multiplayer boss fight against the Crucible Knight and Misbegotten Warrior that show up after you beat Radahn at Redmane Castle in Caelid. Since both my friend Fang and I had been battling a ton of super-powerful enemy players, this battle ended up being a piece of cake. Not sure if this one will pose any difficulty to us till maybe NG+3.

The difficulty in this boss fight is due to my own stubbornness in not wanting to use heavy-strike weapons like hammers and axes because ... it just didn't match my character's current aesthetic. I was playing and continue to play as a magic/melee hybrid so sword in one hand, magic in the other. Mostly I'm a glass cannon here but I manage to whittle down these crystal guys with the help of my friend Fang since he's a melee type with a lot more endurance than my character.
The secret to defeating these irritating foes without hammers or axes is to use a jumping heavy-attack which is "x" and then "R2" on Playstation.
