Today I'll talk to you about a different game from Castlevania, although I'll be back soon with my beloved Castlevania reviews. The day I bring you a game today made me scream in fear many times and I think it's one of the best horror games ever created. I present to you: Silent Hill Downpour.
Hola a todos, espero que la hayan pasado bien en estas navidades, pronto será un año nuevo, espero que todos puedan tener un mejor año. El día de hoy les hablaré acerca de un juego distinto a Castlevania, aunque pronto, después de darles una repasada, volveré con mis amadas reseñas de Castlevania. El día que hoy les traigo un juego me hizo gritar de miedo muchas veces y que pienso que es uno de los mejores juegos de horror jamás creados. Les presento: Silent Hill Downpour.
The story of this game is somewhat particular to that of the other Silent Hill games. This time our protagonist is a man named Murphy. I found it very curious that we don't know anything about him, although there are data that obviously we will know since a game without history, would not make sense. We will be able to see that our protagonist is in prison, which is quite curious. This time our protagonist in Silent Hill will be like a Hero, he elaborates a plan to be able to enter the prison where his son's murderer is and thus be able to take revenge. The story is quite different from the other Silent Hill games, at least the main motive of the game changes a bit. To say a little more about the story would be spoiler and as a player, I hate spoilers, so the rest I leave to you.
La historia de este juego es un tanto particular a la de los demás juegos de Silent Hill. Esta vez nuestro protagonista es un hombre llamado Murphy. Me pareció muy curioso que no sepamos nada de él, aunque hay datos que obviamente sabremos ya que un juego sin historia, no tendría sentido. Podremos ver que nuestro protagonista se encuentra en prisión, cosa que es bastante curiosa. Esta vez nuestro protagonista en Silent Hill será como un Héroe, ya que el protagonista elabora un plan para poder entrar en la prisión, en donde se encuentra violador y el asesino de su hijo y así poder tomar venganza. La historia es bastante diferente a la de los demás juegos de Silent Hill, al menos el motivo principal del juego cambia un poco. Decir un poco más acerca de la historia sería spoiler y como jugadora, detesto los spoilers, así que lo demás de los dejo a ustedes.
At the beginning of the game you can notice that the controls are a bit uncomfortable, but it's not a big problem, after all it's easy to get used to them. The combat system also seems to me to be badly elaborated. I think this system could have been better, however it is incredible how good this game is even with these small errors. As in all the Silent Hill the game is based on the resolution of puzzles, search of objects, only this time it will not be completely linear, also we will be able to explore freely, but we will have to be careful because the difficulty is somewhat high and the confrontations can be a mistake. This game is incredible and probably is one of the most terrifying and exciting games that I have played.
Al principio del juego se puede notar que los controles son algo incómodos, pero no es un gran problema, después de todo es fácil acostumbrarse a ellos. El sistema de combate también me parece mal elaborado. Pienso que este sistema pudo ser mejor, sin embargo es increíble lo bueno es que este juego aún con estos pequeños errores. Al igual que en todos los Silent Hill el juego se basa en la resolución de puzles, búsqueda de objetos, solo que esta vez no será completamente lineal, también podremos explorar libremente, pero deberemos de tener cuidado ya que la dificultad es algo elevada y los enfrentamientos pueden ser un error, preferiblemente evitarlos. Este juego es increíble y probablemente es uno de los juegos más terroríficos y emocionantes que he jugado.
This game is from a quite updated generation, the truth is that I expected it to have more striking graphics, but it didn't. Even so the graphics it has are not completely bad and the game is totally enjoyable. Playing it for the first time almost caused me a heart attack, it is a very good game in spite of its errors. It seems that this game only has negative things but it is not like that. The story is its strong point and when you get used to it the game becomes incredibly scary, even the music wasn't the best in this Silent Hill game, and it's still fantastic. I think that maybe if the developers of this game had taken a little more time, maybe they would have made a masterpiece. The last opinion is yours. I hope you like my little review, soon I will return with my reviews of Castlevania, as I said before, I must play a little more to prepare a good review.
Este juego es de una generación bastante actualizada, la verdad es que me esperaba que tuviese gráficos más llamativos, pero no fue así. Aún así los gráficos que posee no son del todo malos y el juego es totalmente disfrutable. Jugarlo por primera vez casi me causa un infarto, es un juego muy bueno a pesar de sus errores. Parece que este juego solo tiene cosas negativas pero no es así. La historia es su punto fuerte y cuando te acostumbras el juego llega a ser increíblemente aterrador, incluso la música no fue la mejor en este juego de Silent Hill, y aún así es fantástica. Pienso que tal vez si los desarrolladores de este juego se hubieran tomado un poco más de tiempo, tal vez hubieran hecho una obra maestra. La última opinión la tienes tú. Espero que te guste mi pequeña reseña, pronto volveré con mis reseñas de Castlevania, como lo dije antes, debo de jugar un poco más para preparar una buena reseña.
