I can't believe that my last post about PsyberX is almost 6 months ago!
Back then we got the first preview of some gameplay footage very early on in development. The footage was good; but it was not... well, amazing which was of course to be expected from an alpha release. The animations and graphics were especially lacking (again which is normal for an alpha), but it was still exciting to see the great pace of developments the team was pushing out. After that we got the market place in May which was a great addition as well as a brige to other blockchains connecting the lvl token to the wider crypto space.
All of this showed me as one of the earliest investors that the team was delivering on most of their promises! Over the months we could see the game as well as the ecosystem maturing and it is exciting to think that we might be able to play the game at the end of this year!
Just two days ago we now got the second release of gameplay footage and I have to say it looks amazing! It is a complete 180 compared to the earlier gameplay footage we got 6 months ago. The team has now rebuilt the game using the Unreal Engine 5 which puts this game on the forefront of game development. As I am a founder I got access to the gameplay footage and wanted to share some screenshots so you can see what I mean ;)

Great atmosphere and lighting
All in all this is a massive improvement from the first gameplay footage reveal! We are actually getting an amazing game :D Obviously, there are still many things to be figured out. E.g., all the challenges linking the game to Hive, NFTs (polishing the marketplace), game testing (is the game balanced? are most bugs addressed?)... For these reasons I am not sure if the game can be released in time. And this is probably my biggest request: don't rush the release! We all saw what happened to Psyber Punks, right?

This is a great work, the game looks so real, the areas surrounded are clear too, awesome!, the white light on shooter back make it look like an Iron man.
It is a great game, seeing the surrounding and the building that surround the area are killing it too.

this is actually PsyberX, what you are referring to is Cryto Shots ;)
PsyberX has the lvl token, and yes I bought quite a bunch early on. But I am checking out the other game as well and might buy some doom
