IDDQD + IDKFA = MURDER THEM ALL!
I would play this game in class on my laptop! Was so addicting! I managed to play the game to the point i tried to clear each level 100% by hugging each wall and pressing space to look for hidden doors. No corner was missed!
What bothered me about this game was the demo had a completely different set of levels that weren't in the full version! That is the most memorable set of levels i every played. They are archived somewhere.
Until you said something I had not noticed the demo had different levels. I do not think I have ever played that version, only the commercial releases over the years. Now I have to go find a copy of the demo. Lol.
That is an interesting tidbit.
No that's the problem! I even had problems finding the original demo levels. I went to archive.org and looked and the wad files are not the ones. There is a particular level in the demo i remember the most when you 1st encounter the cyberdemon and that is not in the commercial version. I even went to many forums and seems others are having problems finding those levels as well. I wish to find them and keep a copy in my personal archives. I have many demo disks laying around it's bound to be on one of them.
