INTENSE BATTLE - SPLINTERLANDS [PT-BR/ENG]

Algumas batalhas em Splinterlands são muito tensas e quase impossíveis de se prever quem será o vencedor. Quando a disputa é tão acirrada você deve se preocupar em entender quais foram os detalhes que levaram à vitória (ou derrota), pois entender esses pontos dentro das partidas mais disputadas lhe trará um conhecimento muito bom.

E é isso que tentaremos analisar hoje em uma batalha recente que eu tive e que o resultado era muito imprevisível. Vamos analisar quais foram os principais fatores que definiram o vencedor desse combate.

Batalha.

Ao iniciar a batalha e ver a composição do oponente eu já tinha quase certeza da derrota pois além do Blast todas as suas cartas estavam com muita velocidade e ainda com armadura por causa do Tower Griffin e seu Protect .

A ideia do meu time era muito semelhante, focado em aumentar a velocidade das cartas e protegê-las utilizando a armadura do invocador e do Defender of Truth. Os buffs do Yodin Zaku eram o principal fator desbalanceando essa disputa, mas vamos acompanhar o desenrolar desse confronto.

Logo no início da primeira rodada as duas cartas com Opportunity do oponente atacaram o Defender e o eliminaram. Apesar do seu Protect ter sido rapidamente removido, felizmente foi útil para segurar os danos do Blast gerado pelos dois ataques e o Defender ainda conseguiu atacar e eliminar a primeira carta do oponente.

Sem a principal proteção do time as minhas esperanças ficaram ainda menores porém eu queria continuar para ver até que ponto meu time aguentaria. Como o Ferexia General possui a habilidade Snipe seu ataque foi direcionado ao Spirit Miner que conseguiu se esquivar graças às suas habilidades, isso reduziu bastante dano que o meu time poderia tomar. Outro ponto positivo foi que apesar dos danos recebidos a Silvershield Assassin conseguiu sobreviver com 1 de Vida e por causa da regra Spreading Fury sua velocidade era a maior, possibilitando que ela conseguisse executar seus dois ataques na segunda rodada antes de ser eliminada (infelizmente um dos ataques deu Miss).

As três cartas da minha frontline foram eliminadas, restando apenas os dois magos para tentar vencer essa disputa contra três cartas do oponente, entretando o fato do Lava Launcher ter sido eliminado fez com que o oponente ficasse sem nenhuma carta para tankar e essa era a oportunidade que eu precisava. Os ataques das cartas inimigas foram precisas e eliminaram o Spirit Miner sem muito esforço, restando apenas o Doctor Blight para resistir contra os três.

Se o Doctor Blight não fosse uma carta com Dano Mágico ele com certeza erraria esse ataque (80% de chance de Miss), mas como ele possui essa vantagem de não poder errar o Serpentine Spy foi eliminado, aumentando a vida da minha carta para 8.

Nesses últimos momentos o Blast já era inútil e a desvantagem de escolhar cartas de Dano a distância começou a pesar. Sem conseguir atacar da linha de frente e não podendo contar com a sorte de um Miss o Doctor Blight facilmente derrotou as duas últimas cartas do oponente e garantiu a vitória em uma partida que eu não estava confiante.

Mas quais foram os fatores que me fizeram vencer essa batalha? Eu consigo identificar alguns como os principais.

O oponente gastou toda sua mana escolhendo cartas focadas na ofensividade (com excessão do Tower Griffin) e isso fez com que sua linha de frente fosse rapidamente derrotada.
O Spirit Miner executou seu papel perfeitamente bem e os dois ataques que ele conseguiu se esquivar possibilitaram essa vitória.

Pode-se dizer que o inimigo optou por uma estratégia Glass Cannon, mas ao ter dois ataques que falharam ele perdeu parte do seu dano que foi punido com a quebra da sua formação e eventualmente na derrota por causa dos arqueiros que foram para a primeira posição.

Apesar do Yodin Zaku e seu Blast serem extremamente fortes para funcionar bem eles dependem de uma linha de frente sólida ou que suas cartas eliminem o inimigo rapidamente, pois caso seus arqueiros cheguem à primeira posição o seu dano começará a diminuir drasticamente e isso pode resultar na derrota.

Minha composição conseguiu segurar bem o dano por causa do Protect e das habilidades do Spirit Miner, além disso a regra Spreading Fury foi muito bem aproveitada e possibilitou que minhas cartas causassem muito mais dano com seus ataques.

Some battles in Splinterlands are very tense and almost impossible to predict who will be the winner. When the dispute is so fierce, you should worry about understanding what were the details that led to the victory (or defeat), because understanding these points within the most disputed matches will bring you a very good knowledge.

And that's what we're going to try to analyze today in a recent battle that I had and the result was very unpredictable. Let's analyze what were the main factors that defined the winner of this fight.

Battle.

When starting the battle and seeing the opponent's composition I was almost sure of the defeat because besides the Blast all your cards were with a lot of speed and still with armor because of Tower Griffin and his Protect .

My team's idea was very similar, focused on increasing the speed of the cards and protecting them using the summoner's armor and the Defender of Truth. Yodin Zaku's buffs were the main factor unbalancing this dispute, but let's follow the course of this confrontation.

Right at the beginning of the first round, the opponent's two cards with Opportunity attacked Defender and eliminated him. Although your Protect was quickly removed, luckily it was useful to hold off the damage of Blast generated by both attacks and Defender still managed to attack and eliminate the opponent's first card.

Without the main protection of the team my hopes were even lower but I wanted to keep going to see how much my team would last. As Ferexia General has the ability Snipe its attack was directed at Spirit Miner who managed to dodge it thanks to his abilities, it reduced a lot of damage that my team could take. Another positive point was that despite the damage received, Silvershield Assassin managed to survive with 1 Health and because of the Spreading Fury rule her speed was the highest, allowing her to manage her two attacks in the second round before being eliminated (unfortunately one of the attacks gave Miss).

My frontline's three cards were eliminated, leaving only the two mages to try to win this dispute against the opponent's three cards, however the fact that Lava Launcher was eliminated meant that the opponent was left with no card to tank and this was the opportunity I needed. The attacks of the enemy cards were accurate and eliminated Spirit Miner without much effort, leaving only Doctor Blight to resist against the three.

If Doctor Blight wasn't a card with Magic Damage it would definitely miss this attack (80% miss chance), but as it has this advantage of not being able to miss the Serpentine Spy was eliminated, increasing the life of my card to 8.

In these last moments Blast was already useless and the disadvantage of choosing cards from Ranged Damage started to weigh. Without being able to attack from the front line and not being able to count on the luck of a Miss, Doctor Blight easily defeated the last two cards of the opponent and guaranteed victory in a match that I was not confident.

But what were the factors that made me win this battle? I can identify a few as the main ones.

Opponent spent all his mana choosing cards focused on offense (with the exception of Tower Griffin) and this caused his frontline to be quickly defeated.
Spirit Miner performed his role perfectly well and the two attacks he managed to dodge made this victory possible.

It can be said that the enemy opted for a Glass Cannon strategy, but having two failed attacks he lost part of his damage which was punished with the breakdown of his formation and eventually defeat because of the archers who were to the first position.

Although Yodin Zaku and his Blast are extremely strong to work well they depend on a solid frontline or that your cards eliminate the enemy quickly, because if your archers reach the first position their damage will start to decrease drastically and this can result in defeat.

My build was able to handle damage well because of Protect and Spirit Miner abilities, plus the rule Spreading Fury it was very well used and allowed my cards to do much more damage with their attacks.
