My mother produces turmeric powder at home for consumption in our house. Today I am going to tell you how to make turmeric powder at home.First of all I will tell you a little about the turmeric plant.

Because for us who live in Asian countries, turmeric powder is an indispensable ingredient for our food.
Actually Turmeric powder is an essential ingredient in cooking in Asian countries.Because our tongue and mouth are used to that taste.
Turmeric is used as an antiseptic in cooking, for the color of the food, and for the taste of the food.
Turmeric is used for cosmetics, to make Ayurvedic medicines, to dye fabrics, etc.
Since turmeric is a disinfectant, adding it to food causes disinfection in the body. Also, in the past, kings and queens used turmeric mixed ointments and turmeric mixed drinks to maintain their beauty. Nowadays, we also make turmeric mixed ointments at home to be naturally beautiful.Turmeric is a special ingredient used in cosmetics in countries like India. Especially for their various functions on various occasions

Turmeric can be grown well in wet and intermediate zones, and it can also be grown in dry climates like Kurunegala under good water supply.
After about 9 to 10 months, the results of turmeric cultivation can be obtained. and the soil should be dug slowly when the turmeric is removed, because the turmeric may break under the soil. In the root of the plant there is growth.
When growing turmeric, rhizomes with fingers should be selected. It helps a lot to get more yield. Also, if you can loosen the soil well and collect compost, dung manure, dry leaves, etc. in the place where turmeric is grown, it is more suitable.Soil wet is also required. If there is no wet soil, water should be provided well. Always plant small holes in the soil when planting turmeric. Do not compact the soil.
If you don't have enough space in your garden, you can grow turmeric in potting .
👉How to make turmeric powder🧑🌾
Wash the mud and sand in the turmeric well. And if you can remove the peel you can get nice yellow colour , after Put a big pot filled with water on the stove, add turmeric to it and boil it well on a low flame. You can also steam it if you want. About 30 minutes boil it.
Boil the turmeric well and remove the water.
Now cut the turmeric into small pieces with the help of a knife and dry well in the sun. Sometimes it takes about 5 days.
After drying well, grind well. And also,
