Impressive, you sure have it going on in spades. I've got a feeling you may be spending more than a few days getting everything into storage, the green beans alone may take you several days.
Blossom end rot can be a real hassle to deal with. With tomatoes being a favorite of ours, it's something that I check for almost every day.
The carrots look plentiful If the tops are any indication of what is hidden below, you're in for a treat.

They're some big hemp plants, when they start to flower and mature, you should be good for a while.

Your shed looks like my work area. It's not easy to stuff a hundred pounds in to a fifty pound bag. 😁
