Hola mis amigos de #Hive y #beentrepreneur me encanta esta gran comunidad, y enserio estoy muy emocionado de pertenecer a ella, además de esta gran iniciativa y estoy convencido que seguiremos creciendo mas y mas
Algo de mi
Se que la temática es ideas de negocios pero para entrar en contexto les contaré algo de mi, ya que es necesario para entender lo que he hecho.
Soy médico y además me especialista en el área de obstetricia, es decir tengo como 12 años más o menos de estudio, sin contar los años de rural, y residencia asistencial pre especialidad, eso suma como 14 o 15 años de preparación, mucho tiempo no?
Medicina es una de las carreras más complejas del mundo, de hecho es la segunda carrera más difícil, solo por debajo de la ingeniería aero espacial, osea primero está la NASA, y luego nosotros, y aunque vemos muchas cosas lo que no vemos es negocios, durante tanto tiempo de preparación nos programan para ser un buenos empleados, así es!! 😱 Jamás nos estimulan a crear nuestro propio negocio a emprender, siempre nos hablan de ir a los seguro y ya...
Estadísticamente la mayoría de las clínicas y consultas privadas grandes son de empresarios o inversores, es muy poco el médico que hace un proyecto macro, así que para mí fue más difícil de lo que parece.
Mi idea
Sin duda un consejo para un negocio es:
Conozcan en lo que invertirán
Así que no era sorpresa que debía crear algo relacionado a salud, Si fue mi idea de negocio, crear una unidad de consultas especializadas, de alli Surgió Plus Médical Center, una unidad de consultas donde solo especialistas verían.
Pero obvio que no sería fácil
Como Iniciamos
Bueno la verdad que al principio solo teníamos ganas, no tenía nada, ni dinero, ni insumos, ni equipos, ni local literalmente solo ganas, pero es muy cierto lo que he leído, que una buena idea sin capital Tarde o temprano atraerá capital y un capital sin ideas tarde o temprano se quedará sin capital.
Así que decidimos, arriesgarnos y luchar por nuestras metas, debemos entender que solo mi consulta de Ginecologia es súper costosa equipar la, ya que solo el equipo de ecografía sale en 3 mil dólares, si no te parece caro recuerda que en mi país el sueldo mínimo cursa en ese momento como a 10$ mensuales, así que era mucho jajaj
Conseguimos un equipo que lo podríamos comprar a consignación, así que fue una bendición, y quitamos el dinero para el alquilar el local, que era una pequeña fortuna, luego empecé a renunciar a todos los trabajo que tenía y que sin duda no me nutrian, para dedicarme adecuadamente al nuevo negocio y nos mudamos, ahora tenía el local tocaba acondicionarlo
Nada es fácil y los problemas siempre aparecen
Ya mudados y yo ya había renunciado a mis trabajos, empezamos a acondicionar el nuevo local,cuando me dicen 2 días antes de la inaguración que el equipo de ecografía no está disponible 😱😱 fue el golpe bajo ya que sin ecografía mi consulta no funciona adecuadamente.
Tuvimos que retrasar la inaguración y fueron 3 meses sin poder abrir y consumiendo el alquiler.
Iniciar de a poco
Siempre se dice que el emprendedor inicia paso a paso, y con poco capital, bueno somos un ejemplo extraordinario de eso, la unidad empezó solo con un escritorio que nos prestaron, una camilla que fue otro préstamo, y no tuvimos opción y empezamos así, viendo paciente y refiriendo a otros centros para los ecos, pero iniciamos...
Y aprendí una cosa super importante en los negocios, es que aveces no empezamos esperando el momento perfecto, y no es así, debemos empezar con lo que tenemos y no empezar por el ego, siempre esperando el mejor espacio, el mejor escritorio, la mejor oficina y así, el ego juega en contra, hay que empezar con lo que tenemos, accionar, y aún que sea imperfecta, es accion, es mejor una idea con que acciones de manera imperfecta, que una idea perfecta sin accionar.
Hoy en día
Hoy ya tenemos, una unidad completa, mi consulta ginecologica, con todos los insumos y equipos, ya tenemos a varios especialistas:
- Pediatria
- Ginecologia
- Nefrología
- Medicina Interna
- Angiologia
- Ecos generales
- Cirugía
También contamos con 3 sedes en el estado
La sede principal en cabudare centro

Y Río Tocuyo Carora
Estamos creciendo y próximamente con nuevos proyectos.
Mensaje final
El emprendimiento es difícil, y crecer también lo es, nunca es fácil, si fuera fácil cualquiera lo hiciera, pero ahora que pasan los años vemos a tras y vemos cómo hemos crecido, así que pienso y digo Vale La Pena
Así que paciencia, disciplina, y estrategias para crecer, hacer las cosas bien llevan a resultados buenos.
Espero que mi experiencia sirva para decir si yo puedo TU también puedes.

I know that the topic is business ideas but to get into context I will tell you something about me, as it is necessary to understand what I have done.

Statistically most of the clinics and large private practices are from entrepreneurs or investors is very few doctors who make a macro project, so for me it was more difficult than it seems.

Without a doubt one piece of advice for a business is:
Know what you will invest in.
So it was no surprise that I had to create something related to health, If it was my business idea, create a unit of specialized consultations, from there arose *Plus Medical Center *, a unit of consultations where only specialists would see.
But obviously it would not be easy
How we started
Well the truth is that at the beginning we only had desire, we had nothing, no money, no supplies, no equipment, no local literally only desire, but it is very true what I have read, that "a good idea without capital sooner or later will attract capital and a capital without ideas sooner or later will run out of capital.
So we decided to take the risk and fight for our goals, we must understand that only my Gynecology practice is super expensive to equip it, since only the ultrasound equipment costs 3 thousand dollars, if you do not think it is expensive remember that in my country the minimum wage is about 10$ per month, so it was a lot hahahah.
We got an equipment that we could buy on consignment, so it was a blessing, and we took the money to rent the place, which was a small fortune, then I started to give up all the work I had and that certainly did not nourish me, to devote myself properly to the new business and we moved, now I had the place had to condition it.
Nothing is easy and problems always appear
Already moved and I had already resigned from my jobs, we began to condition the new premises, when they tell me 2 days before the inauguration that the ultrasound equipment is not available 😱😱 was the low blow because without ultrasound my practice does not work properly.
We had to delay the inaguration and it was 3 months without being able to open and consuming the rent.
Start small
It is always said that the entrepreneur starts step by step, and with little capital, well we are an extraordinary example of that, the unit started with just a desk that we borrowed, a stretcher that was another loan, and we had no choice and we started like this, seeing patients and referring to other centers for the echoes, but we started....
And I learned a super important thing in business, is that sometimes we do not start waiting for the perfect moment, and it is not so, we must start with what we have and not start by the ego, always waiting for the best space, the best desk, the best office and it is so, the ego plays against, we must start with what we have, act, and even if it is imperfect, it acts, it is better an idea that acts imperfectly, than a perfect idea without acting.
Today
Today we already have a complete unit, my gynecological office, with all the supplies and equipment, we already have several specialists:
- Pediatrics
- Gynecology
- Nephrology
- Internal Medicine
- Angiology
- General Echoes
- Surgery
We also have 3 locations in the state

Final message
Entrepreneurship is difficult, and so is believing, it is never easy, if it were easy anyone would do it, but now that the years go by we look back and see how we have grown, so I think and say Vale La Pena.
So patience, discipline, and strategies to grow, doing things right leads to results.

Hola @anibalc que agradable es leer estas historias de emprendedores que aunque el camino no ha sido un paseo, con una visión clara, han ido logrando las metas propuestas.
Tienes toda la razón en cuanto a que no se nos forma la mentalidad emprendedora por lo que me encantó ver en tu iniciativa que que eres multiplicador de este conocimiento. Aplausos porque cuánta falta nos hacen jóvenes que despierten a esta nueva realidad y que lo hagan con preparación para que tengan mayores posibilidades de logro.
Por otro parte tu idea de emprendimiento ha sido todo un éxito y tomando en cuenta su función social lo hace muy completo.

El emprendedor es así, lo primero son las ganas porque si te pones a pensar mucho y a esperar tener el dinero para comenzar con todo listo… el tiempo pasa y como sabemos si resulta o no. Tengo unos conocidos que estuvieron un año montando su local… y les quedo de lujo… pero en ese tiempo fue puro inversión que para recuperarlo les costó bastante tiempo. Pero bueno cada cabeza es un mundo, muchos emprendedores comienzan así con lo que tienen y van creciendo. Gracias por compartirnos tu proceso de crecimiento, éxitos.
