Welcome to the Be Entrepreneur community, a space created for the integral growth of the entrepreneur. These short words are of great content because they contain the purpose of the community and some guidelines on the guidelines you must follow to interact in our community.
When we talk about integral growth, the teaching-learning processes are implicit in it, that is why we have thought among some of the objectives of this Community, to found a School of Entrepreneurship, although not under the traditional concept that this term encloses but from that broad construct that conceives knowledge as unfinished, that we are constantly building and rebuilding it from experiences, so the last word on the subject is not said.
Therefore, Be Entrepreneur opens the space for all those who have entrepreneurship as their North: those who have specialized in this knowledge either in practice or in academia, those who are entrepreneurs by intuition and those who want to start in it based on their interests.
Much has been written about entrepreneurship. There are plenty of physical and digital books, on the internet we find infinite articles that efficiently define concepts and theorize on the subject from its technical aspects as those that have to do with the very essence of the entrepreneur.
All of us who make life on this platform know that HIVE is something else, something different, that our content must be original and that this originality is born from our experiences, our being, doing, having and feeling.
That's why at Be Entrepreneur we want your content to come from these experiences, however, we also want you not to stay only in the anecdote but to add more value to your content by showing the learning that this experience has left you. In your successes and mistakes there are valuable contributions that can illuminate the path of other hivers.

Bienvenidos a la comunidad Be Entrepreneur un espacio creado para el crecimiento integral del emprendedor. Estas cortas palabras son de gran contenido porque en ellas se encuentra el propósito de la comunidad y algunas pautas sobre los lineamientos que debes seguir para interactuar en nuestra Comunidad.
Cuando hablamos de crecimiento integral se encuentra implícito en ello los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje, es por ello que hemos pensado entre alguno de los objetivos de esta Comunidad, fundar una Escuela de Empredimiento, aunque no bajo el concepto tradicional que este término encierra sino desde ese constructo amplio que concibe al conocimiento como inacabado, que constantemente lo estamos construyendo y reconstruyendo a partir de las experiencias, por lo que la última palabra en la materia no está dicha.
De allí que Be Entrepreneur abre el espacio para todo aquel que tiene como su Norte el emprendimiento: El que se ha especializado en este conocimiento bien sea en la práctica o en lo académico, el que es emprendedor por intuición y aquel que desea iniciarse en ello partiendo de sus intereses.
Mucho se ha escrito sobre emprendimiento. Libros físicos y digitales hay a montones, en internet encontramos infinidades de artículos que definen eficientemente conceptos y que teorizan sobre la materia desde sus aspectos técnicos como aquellos que tiene que ver con la esencia misma del emprendedor.
Todos los que hacemos vida en esta plataforma sabemos que HIVE es otra cosa, algo distinto, que nuestros contenidos deben ser originales y que esta originalidad nace de nuestras experiencias, vivencias, de nuestro ser, hacer, tener y sentir.
De aquí que en Be Entrepreneur deseamos que tu contenido surja de estas experiencias, sin embargo, también queremos que no te quedes solo en la anécdota sino que le agregues mayor valor a tu contenido mostrando el aprendizaje que esa experiencia te ha dejado. En tus éxitos y en tus errores hay valiosos aportes que pueden iluminar el camino de otros hivers.

Dicho esto, te presentamos los lineamientos para crear contenido en Be Entrepreneur:
1.- Originality and quality. These are the two dominant factors in our blockchain collected in the concept of "valuable content". As we already pointed out, originality comes from your experience, from the approach you give to your production and quality is given by the contribution that your content provides to others.
Within entrepreneurship, every action and its results are based on knowledge, and uniting that action, experience with the existing knowledge on the subject is what produces learning. In addition, it is important that your content complies with the community rules and take special care to duly indicate the use of sources (if applicable), it must not contain elements of nfsw type, incitement to discrimination and/or hatred. Remember that plagiarism is sanctioned in our blockchain.
2.- Advertising and related. As entrepreneurs we are attentive to the various opportunities that are open to us to position our products or services. Although Hive is a social network that is perceived to be conducive to expand our contact networks (Networking), it is important to keep in mind that all posts must respond to the first guideline of this guide, so publications focused only on offering services or products are not accepted.
3.- Language. As stated in the community rules all publications must contain both languages: Spanish and English. We point out the following regarding audiovisual content:
If you upload a video or podcast it must be accompanied by a summary containing the essence of the content with a minimum of 300 words and with the relevant translation.
4.- We urge our valued members who like to work with podcasts to previously make a video presentation to the community, in order to avoid identity theft and plagiarism as much as possible.
5.- We encourage you to interact in our Community by supporting the publications of other users and proposing activities or initiatives that promote participation.

1.- Originalidad y calidad. Son los dos factores dominantes en nuestra blockchain recogidas en el concepto “contenido de valor”. Como ya señalábamos la originalidad nace de tu experiencia, del enfoque que le des a tu producción y la calidad viene dada por el aporte que tu contenido brinda al otro.
Dentro del emprendimiento cada acción y sus resultados se encuentran fundamentados en un conocimiento, unir esa acción, experiencia con el conocimiento existente en la materia es lo que produce un aprendizaje. Esto es lo que esperamos leer: la experiencia unida a la teoría y sus resultados son las que le darán la originalidad y calidad a tu trabajo.
Además, es importante que tu contenido cumpla con las reglas comunitarias y cuide especialmente de indicar debidamente el uso de las fuentes (si es el caso), no debe contener elementos de tipo nfsw, incitación a la discriminación y/u odio. Recuerda que el plagio es sancionado en nuestra cadena de bloques.
2.- De publicidad y afines. Como emprendedores estamos atentos a las diversas oportunidades que se nos abren para posicionar nuestros productos o servicios. Si bien Hive es una red social que se percibe propicia para ampliar nuestras redes de contacto (Networking) es importante tener presente que todo post debe responder al primer lineamiento de la presente guía por lo que las publicaciones enfocadas solo en ofrecer servicios o productos no son aceptadas.
3.- Idioma. Tal como se señala en las reglas de la comunidad toda publicación debe contener los dos idiomas: Español e Inglés. Puntualizamos respecto al contenido audiovisual lo siguiente:
Si subes un vídeo o un podcast este deberá ir acompañado de un resumen que contenga la esencia del contenido con un mínimo de 300 palabras y con la traducción pertinente.
4.- Se insta a nuestros apreciados miembros que gustan trabajar con podcast que hagan previamente un vídeo de presentación a la comunidad, esto con la finalidad de evitar en lo posible la usurpación de identidad y el plagio.
5.- Te animamos a interactuar en nuestra Comunidad apoyando las publicaciones de los otros usuarios y proponiendo actividades o iniciativas que promuevan la participación.

Wow, this is a good one @beentrepreneur. I like the rules of this community and will follow suit. Plagiarism is something that the hive platform dislike alot, hive only want original contents published in it platform, and that is very nice. I'm new here.
