Saludos amigos de Hive y de esta maravillosa comunidad que nos brinda la oportunidad de expresarnos y poder compartir con ustedes nuestro emprendimiento y hablar acerca de ello.
Desde hace dos años, deseaba iniciar mi propio negocio de peluquería, sin embargo había cosas que me desanimaban ya que no contaba con las herramientas necesarias tampoco con un capital suficiente, y eso me limitaba, sentía que no iba a poder montar mi negocio. Había momentos que me animaba, pero en otros me desanimaba totalmente hasta cierto punto de postergar ese deseo por un tiempo.
Considero que muchas mujeres y hombres tenemos las herramientas y el conocimiento para emprender, sin embargo a veces nos conformamos con lo que tenemos y sabemos, y ya no pasa nada; nos quedamos esperando a que todo cambie o tener el capital suficiente para iniciar e incluso esperar.
y prepararme mucho mas y perfeccionarme, eso fue lo que yo viví, con el pasar de los días me fui animando viendo videos de personas con mas experiencias y que hoy nos cuentan cómo han evolucionado y crecido en sus negocios, y eso me ha motivado y me da a entender que si se puede y que nunca es tarde para empezar.
Así que con el apoyo de mi esposo he ido evolucionando y aunque no ha sido fácil ya que a veces me limitó porque no tengo los materiales que necesito para iniciar, aún así me animo porque siento que amo mi trabajo y lo hago con lo que tengo a la mano.
Y me siento feliz, emocionada y contenta porque con esfuerzo y sacrificio he ido adquiriendo mis implementos y eso para mi es un logro y un escalón mas. Sé que aun me falta recorrer, conocer y prepararme mucho más en mi nuevo negocio de peinados y confío que será todo un éxito. No es fácil, pero seguiré luchando para crecer y tener mi espacio de trabajo. Por ahora trabajo en casa ya empecé a hacer publicidad a contactar a mis conocidos y así poco a poco, pero seguro, confiando en mis habilidades y destrezas. Y lo más importante es el deseo que siento de crecer y tener mi negocio, se que así será.
No soy experta en emprender este es mi primer negocio y por fin después de mucho tiempo he logrado muchas cosas.Quizás en aquel tiempo no tenía conocimiento de cómo emprender y no confiaba del todo en mis capacidades, y creo que es una de las cosas que una persona debe tener: confianza en sí mismo y estar claro en lo que deseamos emprender.
Creo que además de confiar y creer en uno mismo, opino que escuchar a personas con más experiencias y más conocimiento en cuanto a emprender eso nos ayudaría muchísimo a organizar las ideas y prepararnos para las cosas que vendrán y saber cómo resolverlas en un futuro.
Si desea y quieres iniciar en tu negocio, animate no esperes a que la situación mejore o tener todo para emprender; inicia con lo que tienes a la mano poco a poco irás obteniendo lo que te hace falta para tu negocio.

Greetings friends of Hive and this wonderful community that gives us the opportunity to express ourselves and to be able to share with you our venture and talk about it.
Since two years ago, I wanted to start my own hairdressing business, however there were things that discouraged me because I did not have the necessary tools nor enough capital, and that limited me, I felt that I would not be able to set up my business. There were moments that encouraged me, but at other times I was totally discouraged to the point of postponing this desire for a while.
I believe that many women and men have the tools and knowledge to undertake, however sometimes we are satisfied with what we have and know, and nothing happens; we wait for everything to change or have enough capital to start and even wait.
As the days went by I was encouraged by watching videos of people with more experience and who today tell us how they have evolved and grown in their businesses, and that has motivated me and gives me to understand that it is possible and that it is never too late to start.
So with the support of my husband I have been evolving and although it has not been easy because sometimes it limited me because I do not have the materials I need to start, I still encourage myself because I feel that I love my work and I do it with what I have at hand.
And I feel happy, excited and content because with effort and sacrifice I have been acquiring my implements and that for me is an achievement and a step further.
I know that I still have a long way to go, to learn and prepare myself much more in my new hairstyling business and I am confident that it will be a success. It is not easy, but I will keep fighting to grow and have my work space. For now I work at home and I have already started to advertise, to contact my acquaintances and so little by little, but surely, trusting in my skills and abilities. And the most important thing is the desire I feel to grow and have my business, I know I will.
I am not an expert in entrepreneurship, this is my first business and finally after a long time I have achieved many things, perhaps at that time I had no knowledge of how to start a business and I did not trust my abilities, and I think that is one of the things that a person must have: self-confidence and be clear about what we want to undertake.
I think that besides trusting and believing in oneself, I think that listening to people with more experience and more knowledge about entrepreneurship would help us a lot to organize our ideas and prepare us for the things that will come and to know how to solve them in the future.
If you want to start your business, don't wait for the situation to change.
