A ser posible, conocer la rentabilidad, los riesgos, las limitaciones y la salida. Esto implica la productividad de dicho empresario. Ningún empresario puede ser más productivo que su formación o sus conocimientos.

- The work environment: How could an entrepreneur expect a rational consumer to come a place that is very stinky, dirty and unkempt. In my several years of experience in business, I've seen many businesses environment and I shed tear! Business comprises of the physical look of the building and surrounding. Some business premises are nothing to write home about especially the small and medium enterprise. A fresh and beautify environment attracts much consumers because there are reasonable beings especially in a place where there are many other competitors struggling for the same consumers and take control the market.

- Entrepreneurial relationship with his/his workers: Productivity is not all about how much return is gotten from the business at the end of sales. One of benefit of a good entrepreneurial relationship with his workers is an incredible increase in customers and awareness. When an entrepreneur can relate well with his workers, he will enjoy high level of productivity because those workers worked whole heartedly, they will be no waste and the business/entrepreneur will enjoy openness and good contribution that will enhance and exposes such business.

- Entrepreneurial training: This is what led to little output in my first business because I lacked some knowledge concerning the business though I had little knowledge about it. Every business has its technics, language of productivity and secrecy behind it's success. It's pertinent for any entrepreneur to undergone or understudied the intricacies behind the business his about to venture into. If possible, know the profitability, risks, limitations and way out. This entails how productivity such entrepreneur would be. No entrepreneur can be more productive above his training or knowledge.

- Be an Healthy Entrepreneur: Health is wealth. the success of of any business especially sole proprietorship whose business continuity is tied to the health of ownership, a slice mistake in his health or death either leads to low productivity or wind up. When an entrepreneur is healthy, he's able to direct and control other factors of production in to a productive mean. a productive entrepreneur is an entrepreneur is who mental, emotional, knowledgeably and physically sound
- Business Tools/Equipment used: The method of technology employed in carrying out any productive activities is very important because it is what determined the quality of the job. Most, job or service quality command much consumers and it speaks for the business organization.
