Here I am again collecting the pieces that I left behind from last year. I wasn't doing writing for to long and it feels like I am lost again in the crowd. But I believe to be lost is where you find a new adventure or even if it is normal day will feel brand new. This is again a new beginning for me.
The past year moved fast. Sometimes it felt heavy, sometimes very light. At the beginning of the year, I had many plans written only in my head. Some of them came true, some of them disappeared without goodbye. Life is like that. It does not always ask permission before changing direction.
There were normal days. Waking up, checking my phone, reading Hive posts from people around the world. I like that part. Even when my real life felt small, the Hive world felt wide. I learned new things, not only about writing, but about patience. Growth on Hive is slow, like planting a tree. You water it, but you don’t see results every day.
There were also difficult moments. Days when I felt tired, unmotivated, or unsure of myself. On those days, I didn’t write much. I just read old posts, mine and others. Looking back now, I realize silence is also part of the story. Not every feeling needs many words.
Some memories are simple but warm. A comment that made me smile. Contests at ASEAN Hive that I missed, but the ideas were helpful and relatable but found my self just an audience. Well, being that was still good. Am here still.
Outside Hive, life continued. People changed. Some came closer, some moved away. I learned that time does not wait for us to be ready. It just moves. All we can do is leave small marks, like these words.
For now, this is enough. Thank you for being part of my year, even if only through a screen.
