August is rushing to its end. We are on the last week, time really seems so fast.
On Saturday, I had the chance to visit my neighbor Art Gallery. They have new pieces that look so fun and colorful.

'YUKI to MEIYO' by ARMAN KENDRICK.
The curator Justine Harley, describes Arman Kendrik's work inspiration on his first Solo Exhibit here in the Philippines is the 'Bushido Code' or the 'Way of the Warrior' or ' Warrior Way', which is a Japanese philosophy and decorum that remains thoroughly apropos to the Samurai attitude, behavior and the way of life. Its influenced on modern culture merged with Filipino roots and principles. He stated that for Arman, the is intersection of his cultural upbringing and the influence of Japanese culture and arts shaped his artistry.
Arman's 'Yuke to Meiyo or 'Courage, and Honor', depiction of the ancient warriors of the Philippines, who were not just fighter but were also discipline in leadership, helping their villages in agriculture and fishery and having a family of their own with the heart of bringing honor to one's kingdom with the courage to fight and lead the people stand as the core foundation of the warrior's code of conduct.
Arman's ' Tako Jimbo' or Universe composed of characters based on various Japanese lore integrated with his imagination and curiosity.
Yuke to Meiyo by Arman Kendrick is Arte Bettina's first ever hybrid exhibit, a step to close the gap between the future and the traditions of Philippine Art. Some of the work have NFT, equivalent available.
Visit them physically at the 3Rd Floor Greenbelt 5, Ayala Center before the show ends on the 31st.
