How The VIP Delegator Raffle Works
Every Saturday I tally the total HP delegated to the @asean.hive curation account, and one raffle ticket is allocated for each HP delegated by you Hivers (except [me] @justinparke, @kidsisters, & @sreypov), with a minimum of 50HP to be eligible for the ASEAN Hive VIP 🥉 BRONZE Raffle.
There are four separate raffles, one for each VIP tier, and each tier's prize is a post beneficiary status equivalent to the tier's total percentage of raffle tickets allocated. This means the percentages of each tier's share of the prize is fluid, and I think it makes the raffle more fun and more fair.
This week's total effective HP is 46,347, and total delegation (33,084 HP minus ASEAN team members' delegations) is 44,040 HP, so I plugged the numbers into my Raffle Picker iOS app, selected "pick winners," and the results were instantly and randomly calculated.
The more you delegate, the greater your chances are to win, and this weekly raffle is just a fun way to reward supporters of Southeast Asian content on Hive.

I'm amazed you did it at all. Good on you for doing this even though you are going through a very busy and stressful time in your life.
Well, ASEAN Hive is probably the most stable thing in my life, so in a way it gives some sense of foundation in my life. Funny sidenote - I was pulled aside at the Paramaribo airport for additional questioning, and the second question was "What do you do for work?" I wanted to chef/teacher, but I said "blogger," and as it left my mouth it felt very awkward and wrong, I don't like that word. I think I'll go with "writer" from now on out. Thanks for being patient and understanding, all you ASEAN Hivers are awesome.
yeah, writer has more of a sense of authenticity to it. "Blogger" sounds like a fake job to a lot of people. :)

The new formula for the raffle has you two pitted in a Diamond grudge match, but technically your odds are just a wee bit better. For whatever reason though, Dave seems to win nearly all of the footer raffles.
