Greetings Hivers, @JustinParke here. The ASEAN Hive Community #Engrish Challenge has been resurrected. With a little encouragement from @gabe.radke and an awesome #Engrish post by @davidke20, I am inspired, and I do believe this challenge will eventually pick up steam.
I think this is one of the most entertaining challenges on Hive, and this celebration of when English goes beautifully wrong just needs a little more exposure.
What Is #Engrish?

If you're not familiar with the word "Engrish," it is a term used for the misspelling or misuse of the English language by native speakers of Asian languages.
Although the ASEAN Hive Community is focused on Southeast Asian content, this challenge is open to all Hivers who find #Engrish anywhere on spaceship Earth.
Whether it be a menu, clothing, or even public advertisements, Engrish is everywhere if you look for it, even in native-English speaking countries where public schools have failed.
I would love to see the Engrish around you, so get out your camera and get snapping. The more Engrish you can find, the better, and I'm a sucker for a story, so tell me the who, when, where, why, and how of your Engrish findings.

This is a shining example of the beautiful confusion and joy an #Engrish sighting can bring. Usually Malaysia does pretty well with English, but someone either dropped the bar or was being super-cheeky, I'll never know.

I cheated a little bit and that may disqualify me but I don't care because I found this one really amusing. I actually have seen this and took a picture of it but it is buried so deep in my phone (or perhaps deleted) that I didn't want to dig for it :)

I can't believe there is such as Engrish
I haven't seen it anywhere around here but I am pretty sure most folks pronounce English to sound like Engrish
But I will go into hunting, and return with photos, and stories around the word abuse 😂😂
I hope to read interesting entries as well, and probably earn a prize
I look forward to some entries, there is even #Engrish to be found in native-English speaking lands if you look hard.
