Simple Saturday Lunch - Chinese Herb steamed chicken

Another simple recipe sharing today. Chinese herb steamed chicken.

Ingredient:
Chicken thigh
Red dates
Wolfberry
Yu Zhu (Soloman’s seal)
Huai Shan (Chinese yam)
Dried longan

  1. Marinate the chicken with light soya sauce and black pepper.
  2. Wash the herbs.
  3. Boil the herbs. Me and my family love the herbal soup so I boil the herbs with one big bowl of water.
  4. Pour the herbal soup onto the chicken and steam for 30 minutes.

Simple yet yummilicious chicken.
