Is it me or that the voting is really pathetic! I could hardly get anything above a double digit for any of my post. It's really making me wonder if I should continue with this. Bad enough th outdoors is like a dead town but even on HIVE ? I don't follow too much on what's really happening here but it can't be that bad right?
This is the street where I usually go to get my weekend grocery such as meat, vegetables & fruits. Unfortunately, due to the strict social distancing & rise of new cases in HCMC, all traditional street markets such as these are closed. It is hard to buy provisions now except if we go to the supermarket which is probably the only ones that is opened. Even in the shopping malls, all outlets are closed except for the supermarket.
What used to be a busy street filled with people on motorbikes is now absolutely empty. One can basically walk in the middle of the street and not be knocked down by anyone or anything. Those who stay around this area are just sitting outside their homes staring at each other waiting for time to go by. They used to sell snacks & coffees but now, they can only wait for the pandemic to be under control in HCMC and hopefully the local authorities would allow them to re-open their shops again.
The sight of cordon ropes and barricades being set up to block the streets or alleys are becoming more common everyday. Sometimes, one can even find shops being barricaded because they found a Covid-19 positive case in it. To ensure that proper sanitation is done, these shops or streets are closed off from the public. No one knows how long this will lasts; one thing for sure, we can only stay safe and take all precautionary measures to safe guard ourselves and our loved ones.
It's Sunday... And it's time for another Beautiful Sunday and Sublime Sunday. So, I'm trying something new this week. Something out of the box, something different, something wild, something odd and who knows where this Sunday will lead us.

Yes indeed .. it’s has been over a month since I’ve actually been in town or dining outdoors. Really missing the life outdoors and meeting people
I think the supermarkets are the one benefitting during this period .
oh yes, they are indeed.. but even these supermarkets allow limited people inside at a time.

I've heard the visa situation for foreigners is getting increasingly difficult there. I hope you don't have any troubles. My voting estimator has wildly wrong today, on some posts displaying incorrectly and other posts it works accurately.
