Pictures of Beer Caps from Vietnam

Hello Freinds,

Beer caps are often overlooked, but they can be fun and exciting to look at. There are many different designs and colors, each telling a story. They can be a great conversation starter and a way to learn about different beers. They can also be used to decorate your home or office. Whether you are a beer lover or not, beer caps can be a fun way to add some personality to your space.

After all, all beer caps hold a story.

Whether it's the story of the night you had too many or the story of the best beer you ever had, each cap has a tale to tell. They're like little pieces of life, frozen in time, sporting dented faces.

Sure, you could throw them away. But why not hold onto them and the memories they represent?

Next time you're having a beer, take a moment to appreciate the cap. It's been through a lot and has a story to tell. Hahaha

Well, that is just my option on beer caps... I spend time helping a local bar, so I see a lot of discarded caps. The other day I thought to take some time and photos of these discarded warriors. As you may guess, here are the photos and some musings on the topic.

(* Note all the stories below are fictional, and for entertainment purposes, do not take them seriously, unless you want)

The First Cap

When I think about the Vietnamese culture, the unusual, weird, strange, and even crazy things come to mind immediately. And Da lat is not an exception. This city is located in the southwest of Vietnam. A city with about 120,000 inhabitants, but it is full of history. The origin of this town can not be traced back. But history is not strange there. In Da lat many old temples, ancient pagodas, and castles must be visited. And, of course, the unusual, strange, and crazy things.

This bottle cap... is it a piece of art? The bottle cap is a dented, round-shaped object. Some believe that this bottle cap comes from the bottle cap of the Le Duan racehorse factory. The bottle cap is a very rare type of bottle cap; some say it was a gift from the Vietnamese to the American mercenaries. The American mercenaries, too, say that the bottle cap is a gift from Vietnam to them. What is the meaning of this bottle cap? There are two versions: one says the bottle cap is made by Le Duan racehorse factory, and another version says soldiers made the bottle cap in the USA for Vietnamese children.

The Second Cap

The Tiger bottle cap is cursed. That's the true tale of an entrepreneur who learned the lesson hard. This young fellow had a great idea. He manufactured bottle caps with the image of a tiger on them. And that's it. He advertised them on his website. They were a sensation. But they weren't cheap. The fellow made a lot of money. It was the turn of his friends. Then at least one of the caps went missing. The entrepreneur started snooping. His suspicions were confirmed: the caps really were cursed.

It saved my life, the beer bottle cap... (*Mind wandering ramble that is fictional)

I was at the bar, having a few beers and enjoying the evening. I noticed a loose beer bottle cap on the floor and picked it up. I put it in my pocket and forgot about it. Later that night, I was walking home from the bar, and I was mugged. The mugger went through my pockets and found the beer bottle cap. He was about to hit me with it when I grabbed it and threw it at him. I knocked him out cold... The beer bottle cap saved my life.

Conclusion

The beer bottle is a collectible item you should honor. It has been around for centuries and is still being produced today. It is a classic design that many different cultures have used. The beer bottle is a reminder of our past and a sign of our future. What do you think?

Cheers
