Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. I have many vegetables in my home garden. Now I am gradually planting new vegetables in my garden too. One of them is winged beans. It is the vegetable that I think is the easiest to grow in my garden. Yardlong bean too. These vegetables are abundant in my garden. As for winged beans, besides being easy to plant and grow, it can also be used as an ingredient in many dishes. Such as papaya salad, stir-fried with basil, curry and other spicy salads or eat it fresh with chili paste. In this post my wife harvested it to make spicy winged bean salad with minced pork. How to make spicy winged bean salad with minced pork.
Chop all the vegetables.
Boil all the vegetables in a pot until cooked. And put all the vegetables in the container.
Stir-fry minced pork with water in the pot until cooked.
Cooked vegetables and Cooked minced pork.
Season with roasted rice, lime, chili powder and fish sauce in the pot (minced pork).
Add all cooked vegetables to the pot (minced pork).
Stir all the ingredients in the pot.

There is a wing bean Isaan dish called "Yum Tua Poo" and I had it for years and absolutely loved it. It isn't terribly common. But the reason why your post is so special to me is because while I have eaten quite a few wing beans I have never actually seen a picture of them in the wild before.. haha. Thanks!
