Hello my dear hivers! I wanna share to you today how I made some pancakes for my daughter.I don't have any Teflon pan at home so what I did was just looked for some ways to grant my kids request 😁😊
It's snack time and I don't prepared something for the kids since I'm busy doing the laundry chores.Amd here's my eldest,roaming around to see what's on the table,but unfortunately find nothing.She's just telling me to cook her favorite snacks,the pancake 🥞.
So i thought I can't make this, because during my first time of making this, I succeeded in making it but its not presentable but I want to try again this second time to make this perfect pancake despite not having the Teflon pan😁☺️
So here's the recipe in making a pancake.
You will just need the following
1 cup of sifted flour
1pc of egg
1/4 c of white sugar
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of baking powder
1/2 c of evaporated milk
2 tbsp of oil
Procedures
Sift the dry ingredients like all purpose flour,baking powder and salt.
After sifting it, prepare the mixing bowl and start beating the egg 🥚
Beat the egg and add the sugar,milk and slightly mix it.
Add alternately the flour and the Slightly mixed it.
Look at my little girl she's helping me and shes excited to eat the pancake 🥞 😁
If it's properly mixed already.Prepare the mixture for cooking.
Prepare also the pan in a medium heat.
So what Ive done was used my old pan in cooking the pancake 🥞.. because I don't have any Teflon pan..So let's see what's the result of this after using the pan. 🥘 🍳
Brush the pan with a little oil or margarine..and add slowly the mixture.
Here it is... looked how it's cooked.. hehe
And so sliced it and it's ready to serve..Serve it with your favorite juices or drinks.
And so she's ready to eat na..

Ansarap te ng pancake. Naalala ko nung nagsisimula ako magblog four years ago, bumili talaga ako ng pancake mix pangmeryenda kasi di ko pa siya nararanasan haha. Ang epic fail nung una pero nafigure out rin naman namin in second try. Mukhang nasarapan po yung bata sa gawa niyo pong pancake hehe
