What's your cravings for today this summer? I find this recipe perfect for the weather today..
Me,I just wanted to try this pumpkin dessert that while I'm scrolling through YouTube I came across this recipe and find myself drooling and mouth watered while seeing it-- so I'm trying to make a Pumpkin Pudding or Squash creamy dessert
Everything I need in making this dessert was all in my shelves like the following:
200grams of squash
3 cups of coconut milk
1 tsp of salt
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 sachet of plain gelatin
All you have to do is to follow the instructions or steps to achieve this creamy pumpkin dessert
First is you have to boil or steamed the squash and mashed it in a bowl
All together placed the mashed pumpkin, coconut milk,sugar and salt in a blender..
After placing all the ingredients in a blender..Blend it until the pumpkin it reached the desired consistency..
Next thing to do is to placed the mixture in a pan,in a medium heat, constantly stir it and slowly add the plain gelatin.. Continue stirring it until the gelatin dissolved..
Once it the mixture boiled,that's the time that you have to let it cool..After cooling it,placed it in a molder or Tupperware..
Placed it in a plastic pan once it's being cooled..
Chilled it in a refrigerator for how many minutes and you can also add cheese as toppings..
Slice it and best if served chilled..
And upon tasting it,it was all worth it making this pumpkin pudding..so satisfying and flavorful..
