Good morning Sunday! How's your day today? For me, there's no word to describe what I truly felt lately. There are so many twists that happened along the way. I'd been busy with the final ritual of the wedding.
The party was being held in an elegant wedding hall. We dressed up as I had never been before. I would like to say thanks to my employer, our employers for doing it to is.*
We are both Filipina who devotedly working here with our employer's family. The groom and bride are the niece and nephew of my employer. I am working here 24 years ago and my friends Anita, work here for 17 years. The groom is the son of his boss.
When I arrived here the groom and the bride was only 7 years old. They requested their family that they must count on us in their make-over, makeup and gown🙂🙂🙂. We looked different and were so inspired by how it happened.
This is the venue, the number 1 high in a venue in this place like a palace.
I couldn't believe it when I saw myself in the mirror before we leave the house. It was a mild make-up only but I loved it.
This is the entrance and before going outside we were checking the guard held our phone. No one can take pictures inside. But we were allowed to take pictures in the lobby.
Some of the people were looking at us because some employers are not doing this to their helper but our boss did it and treat us like humans.
Whatever might people say, we felt the moment that we were human, have the right to be like this🤫🤫🤫.
The place was like a palace. I never thought that it happened to me walking and attending a wedding like this.
These are the daughter of my boss.
To be honest, I felt shy and it was hard for me to walk around that night. I felt uncomfortable. I can not deny who I am among the people. I have the feeling of insecurity and realized the gap between us but it was the request of the family that we should be dressed up. The bride is a dentist and the groom is an accountant.
After the wedding
All visitors went away and our mobile phone was being deposited at the lady guard counter. It is prohibited to take pictures inside when there are visitors. Our employers are all educated and give us the freedom to take pictures inside but not any individual. So we got the chance.
This is the front view of the wedding hall inside.
This is the staircases where the bride and groom walked in the aisle going to the front side and there they dance with the family and visitors.
I was so grateful that friend took pictures for us.
The waitresses are all Filipinos. Our boss let them dance as part of the wedding party. They were being called and dancing for the bride. We are Filipina feeling proud of how they respect us and the waitresses.

Going to the hotel
We went to the city with the bride and groom. They stayed in the hotel right after the wedding at dawn. It was 5:30 in the morning when we arrived and then we went back home. The newlywed have their first night together in the hotel. On our way from the wedding hall to the hotel, maybe we were 15 cars beeping, shouting, and cheering for the couple until we reached the hotel.
The groom and the mother of the groom talked to the bride inside the car.
What a 3-month busy day in preparation for the wedding. We were all tired and I was being sicked. Thank God, the SAHARA is the last part of their wedding and the younger sister will have her big day this coming February 3, 2022. Another day to prepare many things and we have dresses too for that day.
My Pet Whitey's update
After almost two months of being at large, he came home so thin and looking so tired. Thank's God, He guide my Whitey coming home.
He smells me and a little bit shy.
His tails rubbed in my legs and dress. I cried and felt so happy and thankful to God.
