My walk was only inside the kitchen baking banana cake. My lady boss have three pieces overriped banana. I checked it and found good inside so I decided to bake for my snack than throwing in the garbage. I utilized it.
I have heart shape molder or pan so I used it.
Ingredients Banana Cake
3 pieces banana
1 unsalted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
I cup flour
1 tablespoon baking
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup fresh milk/water (option)
Mix all the ingredients and put it in the cooking pan. Bake it in 180'c for 40minutes or until golden brown.
I learned how to cooked this from our customer. I had a store selling all bakery supplies. I was then a wholesaler of flours and eggs with all the ingredients. They taught me a lot of recipe not thinking that I could use it now in Saudi Arabia baking for my employer.My lady boss love all what I cooked and baked. I also earned from what I learned before from baking

Looked so good with the heart shape pan.
Eating banana cake has better benefits from eating bread. That's why, when my boss rejected some banana, I surely save it. Banana bread is expensive if we buy it. There are so many people and friends who crave it. Why throwing the bananas if there's a way to consume it. Only the peeling became darker but the inside is still firm and taste good. My boss laughed at me using the rejected banana but it became a cake, they also eat with me.

Our elders have always reminded us never to throw away leftovers because they can still be turned into another delicious meal. In the kitchen, a little creativity goes a long way. Even with limited resources, there are so many dishes you can prepare if you know how to make the most of what you have.
Yes my dear, I don't like throwing any food. We learned it from our grandparents.
