Hi ASEAN Buddies...
Since I decided to make my own lunch, I always cooking on my kitchen. Even though I am not good for cooking, I still can cooking, it's just for me though. I am still not comfident to others taste my cooking. Because I am not profesional cooker, I just want to sharing a little and simple recipe: Green Chilies Chicken
Ingredients:
- Boneless Chicken breast (according to you)
- Green chilies
- Basil Leave
- Onions
- Shallots
- Garlic
- Leeks
- Seasoning ( I use mushroom broth)
- How to Cook
For step 1, you just should to clean the chicken breast with clean water then cut into small pieces. Then blend the Green chilies with Shallots and garlics. Then, heat the stove, stir-fried the onion till fragrant. After that, add the water, add seasoning, like salt and mushroom broth and basil on the pan, then the last, add the small pieces chicken breast. Cook until the chicken is tender.
Then your chicken Green Chilies Chicken ready to eat!
I usually leave some of this chicken for the next day because the portion I cook is very large for me. So I can eat it several times.
