Hi everyone
Here we go with one more entry to the #monomad challenge :)
The pictures that i share today were taken from the Espiunca fluvial beach with the Paiva river in the background.
Here begins a route of 8300 meters through the famous Paiva walkways, located on the left bank of the river in the municipality of Arouca, district of Aveiro.
The walkway crosses landscapes of a typical beauty of the Portuguese mountains, along descents of white and crystalline waters and where we can find several species in danger of extinction in Europe.
A journey through biology, geology and archeology that stays in the mind of anyone passionate about nature.
The remaining Arouca Geopark territory is recognized by UNESCO as a Geological Heritage of Humanity.
On this day we didn't go through the walkways as the idea would be to enter in an advanced point after crossing the recently installed suspension bridge, also known as Bridge 516 Arouca, but it is necessary to book the tickets for the crossing, and on this day they were already sold out.
Still, i made some records that i will share on another occasion.
For today we only have these records of this small river beach.
