The images that I share with you today are in honor of the "Virgen Del Valle", patron saint of the sailors, the Venezuelan Navy and in general of all the Eastern people.
Año tras año, cada 8 de septiembre su devota feligresía celebra con júbilo el día de su hermosa patrona. En cada rincón del oriente Venezolano se organizan fiestas patronales para darle gracias por los favores concedidos.
Year after year, every September 8th, her devoted parishioners celebrate with joy the day of their beautiful patron saint. In every corner of the Venezuelan east, patron saint festivities are organized to thank her for the favors granted.
La venerada y mítica imagen de la patrona de los marineros tiene su hogar en El Valle del Espíritu Santo una pequeña y tranquila ciudad, ubicada en la Isla de Margarita, Venezuela.
The venerated and mythical image of the patron saint of sailors has its home in "El Valle del Espíritu Santo" a small and quiet town, located in Margarita Island, Venezuela.
Desde su nicho en La Basílica Menor de Nuestra Señora del Valle, arropa con su infinita misericordia y manto de protección a todo el pueblo oriental, quienes la adoran con infinita devoción.
From her niche in the minor basilica of "Nuestra Señora del Valle", she wraps with her infinite mercy and protective mantle all the eastern people, who worship her with infinite devotion.
