Between the rocks and water

I missed three things. By heat, by rocks and by monochrome. Unfortunately, I can't disperse the clouds and turn autumn into summer. But I can admire the photos from the last trip and convert color in black and white. On the border between rocks and water comes peace, self-awareness and some unknown force.

What do you see here? Isn't this a big stone turtle?:)

Buzsky Gard National Park in the South of Ukraine is not in one place. It has several parts and we saw in this journey figuratively speaking only the tip of the iceberg. I think I will come back here someday. Our steppe friend Sasha feels like a fish in water here. But we feel ourselves as if we get to some distant and unknown country...

We think that these landscapes are eternal... But no. And powerful granite rocks have their age. They are simply several million years older than us.
And so we can draw some special energy from them. And this river with strange name Dead-water. It seems so small and powerless. But over these millions of years, it has made its way through strong rocks. Our task as people is to preserve this beauty.

Do you want to know more about these places? Click on the link below. There you will also see this world in color. Pastel beige, straw and gray tones with the addition of pink on the rocks. And from there it is not far to monochrome. By the way, in cloudy weather it is better to take photos here.
If you are too lazy to click on the link, then just enjoy these black and white photos with me:) Write in the comments, which photo did you like?
