Turgenev Square is not a popular place for street music performers. There are many musicians living in the area, because the conservatory and music theaters are nearby. But Turgenev Square is a quiet area where people go out for a walk with children or dogs. Those who want to listen to music usually go to the centre, Nevsky Prospekt and Palace Square. So I took this commemorative photo, that some musicians found this place suitable for a performance.
