Hola Hiveans and welcome to the weekend.
This selection of black and white pictures form my entry for the monomad challenge.
They are all taken from a walk along the beach and seafront in Burntisland in the Kingdom of Fife in the UK.
When the tide is out you can walk all the way to the islands that you see. In the summer it is gorgeous with your bare feet on the warm sand.
The body of water is the Firth of Forth and there are all kinds of vessels that sail up and down it. This one is a transport ship and the deck drops to carry barges and oil platforms.
At this point you cam escape the rocks and climb up and onto a grassy path and look over the bay.
There are even old ruins of buildings which must have been a great place to live overlooking the sea.
I love the old buildings the walls are so thick. Winds and rain make for thick walls.

The beaches in Scotland are immensely beautiful. Surrounded by beautiful ancient rock formations gave it a new dimension of gorgeousness! Love them all, uncle Ed!

It looks like a fantastic place, I can imagine how nice it must be to walk to those islands on a sunny afternoon. And maybe the passage of the last pic could drive Eddie W to a magic world, isn't it?
