Here's the announcement post for the winners of the sixth edition of the Behind The Photo contest!
We know, we are very late posting this, and we apologize for that. However, in-real-life work and other obligations have to come first, so we had to delay this post unfortunately. But here it is!
This edition six, we found a record-breaking 30 entries. This makes us really happy of course, and it's always SO much fun to read through all the interesting stories behind the photos. Some were returning users, and some were new users (to this contest) who decided to post entries, with very interesting stories overall, "old" or "new"!
Unfortunately, we also saw a couple of users re-cycle previously posted content, to such an extent that we had to decide to exclude them from this edition. We will tweak or make some small additions to the rules for the next edition.
This contest has continued to grow, and we hope that we can continue to spread the word to get even more people to participate, as well as keep those who return with another entry, interested! If you want to take a look at all the entries, you can look for the #behindthephoto tag, or even better click here. If you like what you see in an entry, consider giving the author a follow and/or a re-steem.
We want to say a BIG thank you to everybody who participated. We know that it's not always an easy task to share stories behind photos, whether they are very personal, or very technical in nature (or both), so we truly value everybody's efforts. Hopefully, you thought it was as fun to create your entries (and look through the other ones), as we though it was reading all the stories behind the photos!
Edition #7 will be launched later this week, so keep an eye out for the #behindthephoto tag, tell all your friends, post a link in your discord servers, spread the word and share the contest in any way you think is appropriate. We have created a STEEM account specifically for this contest, so if you like the contest and want to be notified on your feed, you can give @behindthephoto a follow. @behindthephoto will re-steem all valid entries, so doing that is a very easy way of following the contest and to find all the entries.

Wow! I was surprised, I still don't believe it. I saw many fabulous entries, the competition was full of quality content, I really appreciate the appreciation of my work which was a real fact and will remain in my family and personal history.
