Restaurant "Kryivka" is one of the most prominent places in the beautiful city of Lviv in Ukraine. Not visiting this place means losing a lot. This restaurant is loved not only by tourists but also by residents of the city. And no wonder it is the most popular place. Everyone who visits Lviv must visit Kryivka. But not everything is as easy as it seems.
Ресторан "Криївка" одне й найвизначніших місць у прекрасному місті Львів в Україні. Не відвідати це місце, значить багато що втратити. Цей ресторан полюбляють не тільки туристи, а й жителі самого міста. І не дивно, що це самий популярний заклад. Кожен, хто побуває у Львові, обов'язково повинен відвідати "Криївку". Але не все так легко, як здається.
Exterior/Екстер'єр
To begin with, this restaurant must be found. Even if you know the exact address, you will have to work a little harder. There are no signs at the restaurant. And the locals will be happy to tell you. After you go inside, you will be met by a man who will say "Glory to Ukraine". This is a kind of password to enter the restaurant. To miss you further, you will need to answer "Heroes of Glory". After that, you pour homemade vodka, which you will need to drink. Homemade vodka in Ukraine is called "Samogonka".
Для початку цей ресторан треба знайти. Навіть, якщо ви будете знати точну адресу, вам доведеться трошки напружитись. Вивіски на ресторані немає. Та місцеві жителі вам охоче підкажуть. Після того, як зайдете всередину, вас зустріне чоловік, який скаже "Слава Україні". Це своєрідний пароль для входу в ресторан. Щоб вас пропустили далі, вам треба буде відповісти "Героям Слава". Після цього вам налиють домашньої горілки, яку вам треба буде випити. Домашню горілку в Україні називають " Самогонка".
Interior/Інтер'єр
The interior of the restaurant is interesting. The stylization of the institution is made like a guerrilla shelter. Everything here is reminiscent of the times of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army. The waiters work in themed guerrilla costumes. Food is served in a soldier's vessel. On the walls you can see photos of guerrillas, weapons of the time, helmets, interesting information and more. In one of the corners there is a motorcycle with a wheelchair, which is also from the time of the insurgent army. Everything that hangs on the wall or lies on the shelves can be picked up or photographed.
Інтер'єр в ресторані цікавий. Стилізація закладу зроблена на кшталт укриття партизанів. Тут все нагадує часи Української Повстанської Армії. Офіціанти працюють у тематичних партизанських костюмах. Їжу подають в солдатській посудині. На стінах можна побачити фотографії партизанів, тогочасну зброю, шоломи, цікаві відомості та інше. В одному з кутків стохть мотоцикл з коляскою, який також ще з часів повстанської армії. Все, що висить на стіні або лежить на полицях можна брати до рук або фотографувати.
Entertainment/Розваги
From time to time the game "Find a Muscovite" takes place in the institution. A huge uncle with a microphone walks around the restaurant and is looking for a Muscovite. It's quite interesting and fun. When the Muscovite is found, the huge uncle takes him to a real dungeon with a lattice. The restaurant has live music, a banquet hall, an English menu, a hall for non-smokers.
Час від часу в закладі відбуваєть гра "Знайди москаля". Величезний дядько з мікрофоном ходить по ресторану і шукає москаля. Це доволі цікаво і весело. Коли ж все-таки москаль знайшовся, то величезний дядько відводить його до справжнього карцера з гратами. В ресторані є жива музика, бенкетна зала, меню на англійській мові, зала для тих, хто не палить.
Menu/Меню
The menu, as well as all establishment has the corresponding concept. What are the names of the dishes: Baltic aid (it's herring fillets with onions), colonized Transcarpathia (it's assorted fresh vegetables), strategic stock (this is a dish for a large company. A huge board with various sausages, lard, chicken, beef steak is brought to the table , sauce, zron, green onions and pickled hot peppers with parsley). The menu has a large selection of alcoholic and soft drinks. Portions are large. For such an institution, I would say that the prices are quite low.
Меню, як і весь заклад має відповідну концепцію. Чого тільки варті назви страв: балтійська допомога ( це філе оселедця з цибулею), колонізоване Закарпаття ( це асорті зі свіжих овочів), стратегічний запас ( це страва для великої компанії. До столу виносять величезну дошку з різними ковбасами, салом, курятиною, яловичий стейк, соус, зрон, зелена цибуля та маринований гострий перець з петрушкою). В меню великий вибір алкогольних та безалкогольних напоїв. Порції велиці. Для такого закладу, я б сказала, що ціни достатньо низькі.
My conclusion/Мій висновок
I recommend visiting this restaurant. I am sure that you will get positive emotions and eat deliciously. Don't forget to climb on the roof. From the roof you can see the city of Lviv and a flying car. Visit the gift shop and go down to the bunker.
Я раджу відвідати цей ресторан. Я впевнена, що ви дістанете позитивні емоції та смачно поласуєте. Не забудьте піднятися на дах. З даху можна побачити місто Львів та літаючий автомобіль. Відвідайте сувенірну крамницю за спустіться в бункер.
