Déjà je fais mes exercices correctement, la Kiné voit les progrès, mais aujourd'hui la voiture à refusé d'obéir à nos injonctions ... Batterie morte, même plus capable d'ouvrir le coffre ou de démarrer...
Et nous le constatons, forcément, quand il est l'heure de de partir ...
Donc, une marche au pas redoublé pour arriver pile à l'heure, mais un peu en sueur ...
Au vu de la semaine bien douloureuse que j'ai passé, cela m'a conduit à demander une séance entière dédiée aux massages, sachant d'avance qu'il faudrait de toute façon retourner à la maison à pied aussi...
Requête acceptée . Yes ! voilà une demi heure de Kiné bien agréable avec un ressenti positif.
Sauf à la fin quand madame décide d'assouplir mes gambettes et mes hanches... C'est douloureux ça chez moi, et cela les fait marrer parce que "Le grand dur grimace" ...
Me suis fait fort aussi de lui faire remarquer que j'ai enfin pu toucher le sol !!!
Par contre, pas moyen de réitérer cet exploit quand j'ai tenté hier... donc y a encore du travail à faire et il ne faut surtout pas relâcher les efforts !
Fibromyalgie ?
Nous avons parlé pendant le message, et mes soupçons de fibromyalgie n'étonne pas la Kiné vu les symptômes et le questionnaire FiRST. Et puis on commence à être habitué qu'Ithara se choppe les maladies un peu "space", même celles qui touche plutôt les dames... (genre diastase par exemple).
Pathologie Lourde
Je vais pouvoir appeler mon rhumatologue pour lui faire une demande de catégorisation en "Pathologie Lourde" afin que la Kiné soit intégralement remboursée, ce qui me permettra d'en faire plus qu'une fois par mois, avec l'accord de la mutuelle qui me confirme que cela ne jouera aucunement en ma défaveur au niveau de la disponibilité sur le marché de l'emploi.

Si je ne me trompe pas, ca a l'air tout doucement de se mettre en place, au niveau sante et traitement. C'est plutot une bonne nouvelle non, malgre toutes les conditions aux limites ?
Absolument, surtout que la mutuelle devrait m'aider pour les remboursements et cerise sur le gâteau, j'arrive à faire des choses que je ne pouvais plus faire.
Y a clairement un mieux, du coup mon moral aussi va mieux, je suppose que cela se voit dans mes contenus :-)
