Hive has already shown much to the world that it’s the future of web3. A social media blockchain that doesn’t only care about its users but also has the people of the offline community at heart. This has brought to the activities carried out in various countries. This is Hive Students Hub in Ghana and it completed its first face of hive educational materials donations.
The Kumasi, Ghana Team
This is the Kumasi team. Kumasi is located at the southern part of Ghana. The team consisted of @kreativita, @zicogh, and @awuahbenjamin. They paid a book distribution visit to the three schools.
Their first visit of the day was to Asamang SDA Primary School. They had a meeting with the heads of the school first telling them what a hive is. The team made them know as much as they think social media might be causing more harm than good, there are better options out there and Hive is the best. 200 books were given to the students. The students were happy as it will aid them in further studies. Smiles were what they all had on their faces. Their teachers appreciated us the most. The team was also grateful for the visit.
The next school was Adventist Preparatory School still in Kumasi, Ghana. As they had the meeting with their heads, they were already informed about their coming and it was smooth when they arrived. The team gave out about 100 book donations to the students. This wasn’t enough but it solved a bit of the problem and that’s what Hive does. The school authorities were grateful to Hive for this calm gesture and the team told them there will be more of these because Hive is here for us and we will promote education through hive. That was assured to them.
The last on their list was Methodist primary. In Methodist Primary, 100 books were given to school heads to present to students., we came for the students and the students should have what we are bringing. We want them to grow and remember there was a #web3 medium somewhere that helped me in my education. That we will be proud to be a part of this history of the hive.
This is the first update of the three we will be having. We thank @guilityparties, @theycallmedan, and the @valueplan team at large for this opportunity to help promote education through hive. It’s amazing seeing Hive expanding it’s community empowerment projects and actually changing lives in the real world. I can see the excitement on the kid’s faces and I understand because I’ve been in their shoes before. I’m hoping that these books will at least give them motivation to study harder and make them curious about how to fully harness and use internet and web3 to it’s full capacity. Thanks to everyone supporting the Hive Students Hub project.
Kids always keep memory and they will grow still remembering hive. This will make them search and look for Hive to also do their part to make it great. Hive is the solution it's just time and the whole world will see it so.

Very awesome. This activity has a similar one in Venezuela. This is to tell us that, hive isn't juts for the online communities. It goes beyond that and still seeks to make an impact in our offline communities. Hive is the world's solution to decentralization.
