Indeed, and the same was noticable in the old Steem days... a lot of (bad) activity when the tokens were going higher, and a lot less once the downfall started... Always the same... But most of the times, it's the (good) ones that are holding on that are getting the real rewards!
They only recently started up again. Now both tokens are rising, it is worth their while again.
