The Nobel Prize is the highest recognition of research achievements in various branches of science. This Nobel is absolutely adorable in the career of every researcher and scientist. This award is given annually to people who have made significant contributions to chemistry, physics, medicine, peace and economics.

But here too gender-inequality is evident. So far, only 3 percent of women have won the Nobel Prize in Science. However, in the last one decade, its amount has increased to 9 percent.Among the various branches of science, the status of physics is much higher. But sadly, only three women have won the Nobel Prize in science so far. Mary Curie (1903), a famous physicist. Most recently, in 2016, Canada's Donna Strickland won the Nobel Prize in Physics as the first woman scientist of the 21st century in 55 years.Today, however, we will focus on the Nobel laureate female physicist. She is the American woman physicist of German descent and the last Nobel laureate of the twentieth century, Maria Goepart Mayer.
