Hola Feliz fin de semana, hoy vengo a compartir con ustedes un video de un evento pequeño evento que se realizo aquí en la Ciudad del Tigre, este evento llevaba por nombre de Crypto Fitness Day, este se realizo con la intensión de hablar de la Blockchain de Hive, su ecosistema y aprovechar la ocasión para hacer ejercicios ya que este evento se realizo en un Gimnasio funcional, este lugar se llama la Baticueva Funcional los ejercicios que se ejecutan aquí son variado y la mayoría de los ejercicio son utilizando tu propio peso.
Les cuenta que llegue unos minutos tarde a este evento, así que fui la ultima en llegar, en el video hay una parte donde se ve que nos están echando broma a los que llegamos tarde ese día allí me percate que habían llegado otro igual que yo tarde al sitio de encuentro. Por otro, les cuento que la rutita que hicimos ese día estuvo candente sudamos como locos todos, pero sobre todo los que no pertenecíamos a la Baticueva Funcional y lo que nos dijeron para animarnos "tranquilos chicos esta es una rutina suave no es completa a la que se realiza normalmente acá".
En este evento tuvo la oportunidad de compartir con @enrique89 y @samgiset, @alexfly5, @josegrech y @cesaroat, también con el señor Juan que es el propietario de la Baticueva y entrenador de este lugar, la pasamos muy bien ese día, hubieron muchas preguntas de personas que no son parte del ecosistema de Hive, estos se veían interesados en saber mas de esta Blockchain así que los chicos @samgiset y @enrique89 se ofrecieron en brindarles mas información.
Bueno amigos esto fue todo espero que les gusta mi video, en el cual verán mucho sudor, creo que no había hecho tanto ejerció hace mucho tiempo de esta manera, porque estar en un gimnasio donde solo levantas pesos no es igual a esto yo llegue molida a mi casa ese día.

I tell you that I was a few minutes late to this event, so I was the last to arrive, in the video there is a part where you can see that they are teasing those of us who arrived late that day, there I realized that others had arrived just like me late to the meeting place. On the other hand, I tell you that the little route we did that day was hot, we all sweated like crazy, but especially those of us who did not belong to the Functional Batcave and what they told us to encourage us "relax guys this is a gentle routine is not complete to what is normally done here".
In this event had the opportunity to share with @enrique89 and @samgiset, @alexfly5, @josegrech and @cesaroat, also with Mr. Juan who is the owner of the Batcave and trainer of this place, we had a great time that day, there were many questions from people who are not part of the ecosystem of Hive, they were interested in knowing more about this Blockchain so the guys @samgiset and @enrique89 offered to provide more information.
Well friends this was all I hope you like my video, in which you will see a lot of sweat, I think I had not done so much exercise for a long time in this way, because being in a gym where you only lift weights is not equal to this I got home that day.

HOLAAA @lunaticanto 😃 este Gimnasio es genial yo nunca había ido a un gimnasio funcional y me gustó mucho la dinámica para hacer las rutinas de ejercicio, @samgiset nos sorprendió a todos 😂 me divertí narrar el preceso 🙈.
Bueno que comes que adivinas @enrique89 se hizo el Loco y dijo yo mejor me encargo de tomar fotos y grabar Videos 🙊👀, el único ejercicio que realizó fué pasar la barra en el vídeo de @josegrech está ese clip😬.
Eso fue solo un día, debes ir un mes completo para que obtengas beneficios.
