Different ways in which people deal with their moodswing

There are different kind of ways people deal with their moodswing, some people love to listen to music as it soothe their mind or whatever they are going through at that moment, some people loves to go shopping when they are sad because new things make them happy, even tho it may not last for long but it will help for that moment...

Some people booze around to cure themselves of the pains they are going through, it also works but for a short time because once they regain their senses they go back to the same depressing mood they were before taking the alcohol..

Some people love to change environment when they don't feel happy, new breeze and new face tends to make them forget all their worries and it is a fast way for them to replenish the energy they have lost during the mood swing..

Introvert tends to lose more energy when they socialise and if it goes on for a long time, it start to affect their body and mind and at that moment they may start to act irrationally because they are no longer themselves so such kinda people need a change in environment to get back on track, they love their privacy and the only way to regain their energy is when they are all alone with no disturbance...

Music also works for them, just them alone listening to music in their fortress of solitude works great but how do extroverted people get rid of their moodswing, definitely being alone doesn't work for them as it only makes them bored and add to their moodswing, this set of people need to go out with friends, have someone to talk to or better still engage in some lively event in order to feel good again..

Rightly said, people adapt differently to mood swing depending on their personalities. For me, hanging out with friends for a short time, listening to music or watching a movie works well for me
