I started my gaming and investing adventure on Hashkings on February 8, 2022.
On the same day I wrote a short introduction to the game, shared my choice of my first purchases (Land cards and Seed cards) and also explained the reasons for my choices (estimated annual ROI).
In the same post I also showed the steps I performed to plant a Seed in a Land and start accumulating game rewards: My First Day, My First Purchases.
With today's post I continue to share my experience of playing/investing on Hashkings and in particular I want to share some calculations and some considerations on two elements of the game:
- the game level determined by experience points (XP)
- the Joint type NFTs that allow you to increase your game level
Game level and Avatars
In the game of Hashkings, game level is determined by experience points (XP) which are not tokens but are game points stored in AVATARS.
The AVATAR is an NFT and is also an important element in the game of Hashkings.
In fact, it is necessary to purchase at least one AVATAR in order to play in the Farming and Raids modes of Hashkings and to be able to collect in-game rewards.
I have 35 AVATARS but I chose Spikebot as my main Avatar because he has useful attributes for Raids.
My game level is the starting level as you can see from the following image.
The higher the game level, the more in-game advantages you gain as indicated within the Docs section of Hashkings (https://docs.hashkings.app/getting-started/farming/joints):
- Upgrading water towers
- Crafting more efficient joints (more xp per dollar spent).
- Better referral rewards in our avatar's packs sales.
- XP along with the POWER, are the protagonists into our RAIDS games that allow you to earn BUDS
- Participating in airdrops for our future original games.
Level-related benefits have been increasing over time, and in the latest post published by Hashkings, new rewards pools were announced that will be active soon and will reward players based on the amount of XP points stored in the avatar set as the main:
-> 45000 XP = Earn EXP tokens by playing BANG! Defense
-> 60000 XP = Earn FORGE tokens by playing BANG! Defense
-> 75000 XP = Earn FORGE tokens in the BUDS staking feature
-> 90000 XP = Earn FORGE tokens by delegating HP to #hk-curation
-> 105000 XP = Earn AVATAR PACKS in the BUDS staking feature
-> 120000 XP = Earn AVATAR PACKS by delegating HP to #hk-curation
-> 135000 XP = Earn AVATAR PACKS by playing BANG! Defense
-> RAIDS are also getting EXP, FT and AVATAR PACKS without any requeriment beyond the actual raid ones.
EXP tokens are tokens newly created by Hashkings that can be used for crafting of Joint type NFTs (1 EXP = 1 XP).
FORGE tokens are tokens that allow 1 Forge operation to combine 2 avatars and get 1 avatar with better game stats.
The AVATAR PACKS contain 3 NFTs of avatar type.
Joint type NFTs and the XP/$ ratio
The only way to increase game level is to increase the number of XP points and the main way to increase XP points is to buy and use a Joint-type NFT (to be smoked by virtually clicking on it).
Joint-type NFTs are consumable NFTs because once used they are destroyed in the same way as seed-type NFTs.
In the Crafting section of Hashkings you can purchase one of the 6 types of NFT Joint available.
Each NFT Joint has a fixed cost in terms of dollars but if you use BUDS tokens as a payment method you get a 10% discount.
In the table below you can see the cost for crafting each Joint-type NFT and the level of play required to craft it.
The NFTs in the table in rows number 10 to number 15 are not individual NFTs but are packs of NFTs containing 12 Joints.
The Pinner NFT can be purchased from level 1 while the other Joint-type NFTs can only be purchased from a specific game level.
I created a table to show the efficiency of each Joint-type NFT calculated based on the XP/$ ratio.
I also calculated the dollar cost and XP/$ ratio for each Joint-type NFT for sale in the market to check the most convenient purchase method among:
- Crafting
- Buying from the NFTMart market (https://nftm.art/buy/hkfarm)
All NFTs from the Pinner up to the Galactic Joint have the same XP/$ ratio and this means that for every dollar spent in buying a Joint you earn 555.555556 XP.
Except for the single case of the NFT BLUNT which has an XP/$ ratio of 683.337477 when purchased on NFTMart with the BUDS tokens for all other NFTs it has turned out to be always cheaper to purchase NFT Joints from the Crafting section of Hashkings.
Joints packs all have an XP/$ ratio value above 733.33 and thus are the best purchases but require a very high investment to reach the level needed to craft.
Based on the calculations in the table above and taking into consideration the XP/$ ratio of the cheapest NFT Joint (555.55 XP/$) I have calculated the cost in BUDS and the cost in $ to reach the levels of XP that will be required by Hashkings in order to receive the rewards of the new rewards pools that I repeat are not yet active but will be soon.
Obviously the cost in BUDS tokens takes into consideration the current value of BUDS tokens and may change in the future while the cost in $ is a cost that will not change in the future because all NFT Joint have a fixed cost in $.
Final Considerations
I've been playing on Hashkings for a little less than 6 months but until now I haven't increased my XP score because I didn't see much benefit in doing so.
It is too early to calculate profit, ROI and breakeven point for an investment on increasing XP points also because the newly announced reward pools are not yet active.
When I have more data I will make a post with a focus on the financial point of view.
In the meantime I have decided to start increasing my game level by investing:
- a portion of the BUDS tokens I get from harvest activity from my 4 Land South America cards
- a portion of the BUDS tokens I get from the gaming activity on BANG!Defence
Increasing my game level will be useful in RAIDS to receive more BUDS tokens as rewards and could come in very handy if I decide to buy a Water Tower because to upgrade water towers you need to have a certain game level.
In conclusion I want to make a point not about the dynamics of game play and investment on Hashkings but about the work of the development team.
To calculate the XP/$ ratio of Joints type NFTs I did not have all the necessary data because some parts of the Docs section of Hashkings are not up to date.
I asked for information and help on Hashkings' Discord server and @liuke96player replied after a very short time providing me with all the information I needed.
This speed in responses and attention to player requests shows the dynamism and value of the Hashkings development team, and this is one of the aspects that convinced me to play and invest in Hashkings.
The Docs section is a very useful and well written section and although it has small parts to update it will be updated soon as you can see from the message posted in the announcements channel of the Hashkings Discord server.

Ho iniziato la mia avventura ludica e di investimento su Hashkings l'8 febbraio 2022.
Lo stesso giorno ho scritto una breve introduzione al gioco, ho condiviso la scelta dei miei primi acquisti (carte Land e carte Seed) e ho spiegato anche i motivi delle mie scelta (ROI annuale stimato).
Nello stesso post ho mostrato anche i passi che ho eseguito per piantare un NFT di tipo Seme in un NFT di tipo Land e per iniziare ad accumulare le ricompense di gioco: My First Day, My First Purchases.
Con il post di oggi continuo a condividere la mia esperienza di gioco/investimento su Hashkings e in particolare voglio condividere alcuni calcoli e alcune considerazioni su due elementi del gioco:
- il livello di gioco determinato dai punti esperienza (XP)
- gli NFT di tipo Joint che permettono di aumentare il livello di gioco
Il livello di gioco e gli Avatars
Nel gioco di Hashkings il livello di gioco è determinato dai punti esperienza (XP) che non sono token ma sono punti di gioco immagazzinati negli AVATARS.
L'AVATAR è un NFT ed è anche un elemento importante nel gioco di Hashkings
Infatti è necessario acquistare almeno un AVATAR per poter giocare nelle modalità Farming e Raids di Hashkings e per essere in grado di raccogliere le ricompense di gioco.
Io ho 35 AVATARS ma ho scelto Spikebot come Avatar principale perchè ha attributi utili per le Raids.
Il mio livello di gioco è quello iniziale come puoi vedere dall'immagine seguente.
Più è alto il livello di gioco e più si ottengono vantaggi all'interno del gioco come indicato all'interno della sezione Docs di Hashkings (https://docs.hashkings.app/getting-started/farming/joints):
- Upgrading water towers

I vantaggi collegati al livello di gioco sono aumentati nel tempo e nell'ultimo post pubblicato da Hashkings sono state annunciate delle nuove rewards pools che saranno attive presto e che premieranno i giocatori in base alla quantità di punti XP immagazzinato nell'avatar settato come principale:

I token EXP sono token creati di recente da Hashkings che possono essere utilizzati per il crafting degli NFT di tipo Joint (1 EXP = 1 XP).
I token FORGE sono token che permettono di effettuare 1 operazione di Forge per combinare 2 avatars e ottenere 1 avatar con statistiche di gioco migliori.
Gli AVATAR PACKS contengono 3 NFT di tipo Avatar.
Gli NFT di tipo Joint e il rapporto XP/$
L'unico modo per aumentare il livello di gioco è aumentare il numero di punti XP e il modo principale per aumentare i punti XP è acquistare e utilizzare un NFT di tipo Joint (da fumare virtualmente cliccandoci sopra).
Gli NFT di tipo Joint sono NFT consumabili perchè una volta utilizzati vengono distrutti allo stesso modo degli NFT di tipo seme.
Nella sezione Crafting di Hashkings è possibile acquistare uno dei 6 tipi di NFT Joint disponibili.
Ogni NFT Joint ha un costo fisso in termini di dollari ma se si utilizzano i token BUDS come metodo di pagamento si ottiene un 10% di sconto.
Nella tabella seguente puoi vedere il costo per il crafting di ogni NFT di tipo Joint e il livello di gioco richiesto per effettuare l'operazione di crafting.
Gli NFT in tabella nelle righe dal numero 10 al numero 15 non sono singoli NFT ma sono pacchi di NFT che contengono 12 Joints.
L'NFT Pinner può essere acquistato a partire dal livello 1 mentre gli altri NFT di tipo Joint possono essere acquistati solo a partire da un preciso livello di gioco.
Ho costruito una tabella per mostrare l'efficienza di ogni NFT di tipo Joint** calcolata in base al rapporto XP/$.
Ho anche calcolato il costo in dollari e il rapporto XP/$ per ogni NFT di tipo Joint in vendita sul mercato per verificare il metodo di acquisto più conveniente tra:
- Crafting
- Acquisto dal mercato di NFTMart (https://nftm.art/buy/hkfarm)
Tutti gli NFT dal Pinner fino al Galactic Joint hanno lo stesso rapporto XP/$ e questo significa che per ogni dollaro speso nell'acquisto di un Joint si guadagnano 555.555556 XP.
Tranne il singolo caso dell'NFT BLUNT che ha un rapporto XP/$ di 683.337477 se acquistato su NFTMart con i token BUDS per tutti gli altri NFT è risultato essere sempre più conveniente acquistare gli NFT Joint dalla sezione Crafting di Hashkings.
I pacchi di Joints hanno tutti un valore del rapporto XP/$ superiore a 733.33 e quindi sono gli acquisti migliori ma richiedono un investimento molto alto per raggiungere il livello necessario per effettuare l'operazione di crafting.
In base ai calcoli della tabella precedente e prendendo in considerazione il rapporto XP/$ degli NFT Joint più economici (555.55 XP/$) ho calcolato il costo in BUDS e il costo in $ per raggiungere i livelli di XP che saranno richiesti da Hashkings per poter ricevere le ricompense delle nuove rewards pools che ripeto non sono ancora attive ma lo saranno presto.
Ovviamente il costo in token BUDS tiene conto del valore attuale dei token BUDS e potrebbe variare in futuro mentre il costo in dollari è un costo che non cambierà in futuro perchè tutti gli NFT Joint hanno un costo fisso in dollari.
Considerazioni Finali
Gioco su Hashkings da poco meno di 6 mesi ma fino ad ora non ho aumentato il mio punteggio XP perchè non mi sembravano molti i vantaggi nel farlo.
E' presto per calcolare profitto, ROI e punto di pareggio per un investimento sull'incremento dei punti XP anche perchè le nuove reward pools annunciate non sono ancora attive.
Quando avrò più dati farò un post con una particolare attenzione al punto di vista finanziario.
Nel frattempo ho deciso di iniziare ad incrementare il mio livello di gioco investendo:
- una parte dei token BUDS che ottengo dall'attività di harvest dalle mie 4 carte Land South America
- una parte dei token BUDS che ottengo dall'attività di gioco su BANG!Defence
Aumentare il mio livello di gioco mi utile nelle RAIDS per ricevere un maggior numero di token BUDS come ricompensa e mi potrebbe tornare molto utile se decido di acquistare una Water Tower perchè per fare l'upgrade delle water towers è necessario avere un determinato livello di gioco.
In conclusione voglio fare una considerazione non relativa alle dinamiche di gioco e di investimento su Hashkings ma sul lavoro del team di sviluppo.
Per calcolare il rapporto XP/$ degli NFT di tipo Joints non avevo tutti i dati necessari perchè alcune parti della sezione Docs di Hashkings non sono aggiornate.
Ho chiesto informazioni e aiuto sul server Discord di Hashkings e @liuke96player mi ha risposto dopo pochissimo tempo fornendomi tutte le informazioni di cui avevo bisogno.
Questa velocità nelle risposte e l'attenzione alle richieste dei giocatori mostra il dinamismo e il valore del team di sviluppo di Hashkings e questo è uno degli aspetti che mi ha convinto a giocare e ad investire su Hashkings.
La sezione Docs è una sezione molto utile e scritta molto bene e anche se ha piccole parti da aggiornare sarà presto aggiornata come puoi vedere dal messaggio pubblicato nel canale announcements del server Discord di Hashkings.

Ciao @pousinha se vuoi giocare solo al lato farming di Hashking un avatar vale l'altro e quindi puoi comprare quello che ha il costo minore.
Per quanto riguarda le raids, in pratica puoi mandare in battaglia i tuoi avatar una volta al giorno, sono più utili gli avatar che hanno determinate caratteristiche come quelli leggendari ma al momento non ho ancora valutato il rapporto potere avatar/ricompene raids e cercherò di farlo in un futuro post ma senza fare calcoli e ad occhio le ricompense sembrano troppo piccole per giustificare un investimento negli avatar leggendari ma ripeto devo approfondire il discorso ;)
Cmq tra gli avatar che ti piacciono io sceglierei trunkset che ha un raid power maggiore ma non ho controllato le statistiche di lucky maggi perchè non c'è una sezione con gli attributi di tutti gli avatar ma posso vedere solo gli attributi degli avatar che ho e i primi 3 che hai citato li ho...

Ok, grazie😊. Molto probabilmente giocherei veramente solo al lato farming, perchè è quel che mi ispira di più, in stile dCrops (comunque mi ci va ancora un pezzo per iniziare: mi mancano un terreno e penserei a South America o Mexico e qualche seme epenserei al colombian gold, critical kush e Panama red -non sono sicura se i semi vanno abbinati ai terreni). Àl momento però sono più che altro concentrata sulla pre-sale dCrops e penserei a qualche altro beta pack, fino al 25 agosto e posso investire solo in uno, poi penserò di più ad hashkings appena potrò (e speriamo in qualche vincita giveaway😂).

Until now I have not increased my XP because the rewards obtainable did not justify the investment in my opinion.
Now the prices of joints have decreased and the new pools might be an incentive so when they are active I will calculate whether it is worthwhile or not. A lot will depend on the value of the BUDS tokens and the tokens receivable from the pools.
In this post I wanted to start making calculations to help those who are considering increasing their XP and who now have a table with costs to participate in the pools.
The next step is really to evaluate whether the rewards attached to XP justify the investment.
With a portion of the BUDS tokens I receive daily I will start increasing my XP and so I will have concrete elements to answer your question ;)
