Yesterday, as usual, was the day in which to write my post I took advantage of one of the suggestions proposed in WEEKEND-EXPERIENCES; since, as usual, I found many interesting ideas, I decided to use one for today too.
I will write a list of 5 things I want to say yes to and 5 things I want to say no to, of course trying to motivate them for what is, of course, my point of view.
As an optimistic person I will start from the no!
The first thing I want to say no to is all wars.
I believe that my first answer does not need explanations, despite this I want to explain my point of view.
In my opinion, wars are one of the greatest evils in the world, therefore I believe that we should all reject them, it would be an excellent starting point for building a better world.
Number 2, I want to say no to rush.
I am a person who likes to take the right time for everything; I am firmly convinced that there is no other way to live than in the "here and now" therefore, for me, no rush is an imperative!
I'm not saying that every now and then it's not necessary to put in a little speed, to sprint, but I think these are very different things from haste which leads to carrying out one's duties poorly and is always a bad advisor.
My third place is for censorship to which I say a firm no!
I have always been convinced that everyone in life should be able to express their opinions and ideas.
Mind you, for me a no to censorship doesn't mean doing what you want, I think that even in exposing your own ideas you need respect for those of others and for others in general.
As a guideline, I always refer to this sentence: "I don't share your idea, but I would give my life for you to express it.", I would add, however: "provided that you have a correct way of exposing it and do not disrespect no one restricts the freedoms of others".
I mean no to lying.
I believe that lies are another great evil that grips the human race, I don't know any other way than that of the truth which, sometimes, can be difficult to say but, in my opinion, it always pays off.
My last no is something strictly personal, I want to say no to all the rubbish that often clogs my head, to those useless thoughts that only serve to distract and distance us from what we set ourselves.
At this point I can pass on to the yes...
Of course, the former is undoubtedly one for peace; in contrast to the first no which repudiates wars I mean yes and embrace every form of peace and be its bearer.
Sometimes you can be true warriors of peace even in life and in small everyday conflicts by responding to unpleasant gestures or even to offenses simply by extending your hand; responding to violence with more violence, regardless of what kind of violence it is, is the most wrong thing that exists.
My second yes, it matches also in this case with the second no; I welcome and say yes to "slowness", to taking the right time for everything whether it be work or rest and naturally also for the time for reflection which is always fundamental.
I mean yes, indeed I want to shout it to the joy, smiles and happiness that all together lead to serenity; I'm about to become a father and I want to be a concrete example of how much life is a joy and a great and beautiful adventure.
My fourth is for freedom; a freedom, however, respectful of that of others.
I want to be able to do what I want without ever going to harm and affect the freedom and rights of any other person but I would also add an animal or thing.
And my last and greatest yes I want to tell Life; I want to embrace it with all my heart, savor every drop and enjoy it to the last because we only have one life and we have to try to make it shine!
Well I think I can conclude; probably more detailed and less generic answers could have been written but I love wandering and this was also meant to be a kind of reflection; rereading these words of mine I will have many ideas that I can use to correct the shot when the direction seems wrong.
I also want to clarify before saying goodbye that there are many things to say yes and no to in life; here I did it only with five to follow the given track but, I don't deny you, that in the future I could write another post where I continue with these lists, making one periodically I think it could be an excellent exercise in personal growth.

Ieri, come di consueto, è stato il giorno in cui per scrivere il mio post ho sfruttato uno dei suggerimenti proposti in WEEKEND-EXPERIENCES; dal momento che, come al solito, di spunti interessanti ne ho trovati parecchi ho deciso di sfruttarne uno anche per oggi.
Scriverò un elenco di 5 cose a cui voglio dire di si e di 5 cose a cui voglio dire di no, naturalmente provando a motivarle per quello che, ovviamente, è il mio punto di vista.
Da persona ottimista partirò dal no!
La prima cosa alla quale voglio dire di no sono tutte le guerre.
Credo che questa mia prima risposta non necessiterebbe spiegazioni, nonostante ciò voglio esporre il mio punto di vista.
A mio avviso le guerre sono uno dei mali più grandi del mondo credo pertanto che tutti dovremmo rifiutarle, sarebbe un ottimo punto di partenza per costruire un mondo migliore.
Numero 2, voglio dire di no alla fretta.
Sono una persona che ama prendersi il giusto tempo per ogni cosa; sono fermamente convinto che non ci sia altro modo per vivere se non nel "qui ed ora" pertanto, per me, il no alla fretta è un imperativo!
Non dico che ogni tanto non sia necessario metterci un po' di velocità, di sprint, ma credo che queste siano cose molto diverse dalla fretta che porta a svolgere male i propri compiti ed è sempre cattiva consigliera.
Il mio terzo posto è per la censura alla quale dico un deciso no!
Sono sempre stato convinto che tutti nella vita debbano poter esporre le proprie opinioni e le proprie idee.
Bada bene, per me un no alla censura non vuol dire fare ciò che si vuole, penso che anche nell'esporre le proprie idee ci voglia rispetto per quelle altrui e in generale per gli altri.
Come linea guida io mi rifaccio sempre a questa frase: “Non condivido la tua idea, ma darei la vita perché tu la possa esprimere.”, ci aggiungerei però: "posto che Tu abbia un corretto modo di esporla e non manchi di rispetto a nessuno ne limiti le libertà altrui".
Voglio dire no alla menzogna.
Credo che le bugie siano un altro grande male che attanaglia la razza umana, non conosco altra via se non quella della verità che si, a volte, può essere difficile da dire ma, secondo me, paga sempre.
Il mio ultimo no è qualcosa di strettamente personale, voglio dire no a tutta la spazzatura che spesso intasa la mia testa, a quei pensieri inutili che servono solo a distrarre e ad allontanare da quello che ci siamo prefissati.
Posso a questo punto passare a piè pari ai si...
Naturalmente il primo si è senza dubbio alcuno per la pace; in contrapposizione al primo no che ripudia le guerre voglio dire si ed abbracciare ogni forma di pace ed esserne portatore.
A volte si può essere dei veri guerrieri di pace anche nella vita e nei piccoli conflitti di tutti i giorni rispondendo a gesti antipatici o anche ad offese semplicemente tendendo la mano; rispondere alle violenze con altra violenza, a prescindere di quale tipo di violenza sia, è la cosa più sbagliata che esista.
Il mio secondo si, si accoppia anche in questo caso con il secondo no; accolgo e dico si alla "lentezza", al prendersi i giusti tempi per ogni cosa sia esso lavoro o riposo e naturalmente anche per il tempo della riflessione che è sempre fondamentale.
Voglio dire si, anzi voglio urlarlo alla gioia, ai sorrisi ed alla felicità che tutti insieme portano alla serenità; sto per diventare padre e voglio essere esempio concreto di quanto la vita sia una gioia e una grande e bella avventura.
Il mio quarto si è per la libertà; una libertà però rispettosa di quella degli altri.
Voglio poter fare ciò che desidero senza però mai andare a ledere e intaccare la libertà e i diritti di qualsiasi altra persona ma ci aggiungerei anche animale o cosa.
E il mio ultimo e grande si voglio dirlo alla Vita; desidero abbracciarla con tutto me stesso, assaporarne ogni goccia e goderla fino all'ultimo perché di vita ne abbiamo solo una e dobbiamo provare a farla brillare!
Bene credo di poter concludere; probabilmente si potevano scrivere risposte più dettagliate e meno generiche ma io amo spaziare e questa voleva anche essere una specie di riflessione; rileggendo queste mie parole avrò tanti spunti che potrò sfruttare per correggere il tiro quando la direzione sembra sbagliata.
Voglio anche precisare prima di salutarti che le cose a cui dire si e no, nella vita, sono molte; qui l'ho fatto solo con cinque per seguire la traccia data ma, non ti nego, che in futuro potrei scrivere un ulteriore post dove continuo con questi elenchi, farne uno periodicamente credo possa essere un ottimo esercizio di crescita personale.

Pensa che proprio ieri ho iniziato un percorso di meditazione che durerà giorni...ti viene chiesto di fare un piccolo "compito", meditare seguendo un determinato mantra, meditare e durante il giorno dopo, pensare alla frase del giorno...Il primo giorno è stato diverso dopo tanto tempo...
Sono felice che Ti sua piaciuto.
Ho praticato molto la meditazione, oggi lo faccio ma in modo diverso; si dice che un guerriero medita in ogni momento e situazione e può essere vero con il giusto approccio.
Resta il fatto che praticare la meditazione è sempre un toccasana!
