Hello everyone today I will introduce you to a famous milk tea shop. While many milk tea restaurants from China, Korea and Thailand have built a chain in Vietnam, the "Toco" milk tea restaurant is a Vietnamese brand that still develops strongly. The first Toco milk tea shop was established in 2013 and until now there have been more than 200 stores in Vietnam.
Toco milk tea products use 100 % raw materials from Vietnam including milk, tea, tapioca starch, pearl, jelly or fruit jam. Unlike the milk tea shops I have reviewed earlier, they often use milk powder, pearl, and syrup imported from Taiwan. Toco tea is Olong tea grown on the Moc Chau plateau, which is the largest tea-growing place in Vietnam. An interesting point of Toco milk tea is that they use fresh milk to prepare beverages (while most of the milk tea shops use milk powder to prepare), milk powder has a fatty taste than fresh milk but cheaper price. There have been many stores that have used cheap milk powder originating from China to make milk tea, powdered milk only costs 1kg for 1 USD, and of course, it is toxic. For milk tea restaurants using milk powder, just drink 1 drop I can recognize. It has a very cheap flavor.
This Vietnamese brand has expanded and succeeded in many countries such as the US, Australia, Japan, Korea, Singapore ..

Milk teas in Toco have its own name and its own flavor, which means that the tea menu here is different from the teas of other milk tea shops. All of these tea have never tried before, I ordered Olong tea with pearls and mango tea with crispy pearl yogurt. I asked the barefoot to reduce sugar to half and my cup of yogurt mango tea has a sour taste and a crisp pearl that makes me excited. The price is more expensive than other Taiwanese milk tea shops, about 2 dollars /1 cup of average size but the taste is more fragrant and delicious.

Some other milk teas I will try at Tocotoco:
