Hello Hivers! The gardens of the Chapultepec Castle are breathtaking and one of the most beautiful places in Mexico City. The Chapultepec Castle is a historic palace located on top of a hill, surrounded by beautiful gardens and parks. Here is a brief description of the different gardens:
Empress Garden: This garden is located at the main entrance of the castle and was designed in 1890 by landscape architect Carlos Bozzano. It has a fountain in the center and is surrounded by exotic trees and flowers.
Arboleda Garden: This garden is located at the back of the castle and features a variety of native trees and plants of Mexico. It also has a waterfall and a small lake.
Fountain Garden: This garden is located at the lower part of the castle and has a French-style fountain in the center surrounded by gardens with flowers and bushes.
Cacti Garden: This garden features a large collection of cacti and other succulent plants native to Mexico and South America.
In addition, there are several other small gardens and parks around the castle that offer spectacular views of the city and are perfect for taking a stroll or enjoying a picnic. Overall, the gardens of the Chapultepec Castle are a beautiful combination of French and Mexican gardens that offer a unique experience in the city
