Today I have prepared some delicious strawberries with creams, the first time I prepare it, the most difficult thing for me has been to make the Chantilly cream, I have had the opportunity to make it several times but all failed because it was very liquid because I beat it too much, but this time I have done it again and I have succeeded, it has been very soft, firm, and very delicious.
For this I have used:
-1 milk cream
-1 tablespoon of vanilla
-I only used 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar to taste.
-200 grams of fresh strawberries chopped into small pieces and some whole ones for decoration.
I chilled the milk cream very well, the container where I was going to whip it I used an aluminum one.
Then I took the bowl and the cream out of the refrigerator and started to beat it at maximum speed for two and a half minutes, then I stopped and added the tablespoon of vanilla and the sugar and beat again for two more minutes until it was stiff. Then I put the cream in a piping bag and put it in a glass and added chopped strawberries in small pieces until I filled the glass, then I put some strawberries to decorate.
It was very tasty!😊
It is very easy to prepare if you have the opportunity you can make it you will not regret it.

Hoy he preparado unas deliciosas fresas con cremas, la primera vez que la preparo, lo más difícil para mí ha sido hacer la crema Chantilly, he tenido la oportunidad de hacerla varias veces pero todas fallaban porque quedaba muy líquida porque la batía demasiado, pero esta vez la he vuelto a hacer y lo he conseguido, ha quedado muy suave, firme, y muy deliciosa.
Para ello he utilizado:
-1 crema de leche
-1 cucharada de vainilla
-Sólo he utilizado 2 cucharadas de azúcar glas al gusto.
-200 gramos de fresas frescas picadas en trozos pequeños y algunas enteras para decorar.
Enfrié muy bien la crema de leche, el recipiente donde iba a batirla utilicé uno de aluminio.
Luego saqué el recipiente y la nata de la nevera y empecé a batirla a velocidad máxima durante dos minutos y medio, luego paré y añadí la cucharada de vainilla y el azúcar y volví a batir durante dos minutos más hasta que estuvo dura. Luego metí la crema en una manga pastelera y la puse en un vaso y añadí fresas picadas en trocitos hasta llenar el vaso, luego puse algunas fresas para decorar.
¡Quedó muy rico!😊
Es muy fácil de preparar si tienes la oportunidad puedes hacerla no te arrepentiras.
