At lunch with colleagues to celebrate the arrival of the summer season, an annual fixed appointment, recurring for some years now. In reality, in the last two years it has been very difficult to meet, living in different cities and working in smart working. What I love most after some time is the complicity that exists between us, we are a very united group and we always help each other, not only in the workplace.
Some of them were invited to my wedding, and vice versa. We are a group of friends now! This year we decided to celebrate at a restaurant specializing in seafood and nothing tastier is spaghetti with clams! Yet, until a few years I was not at all fond of seafood or seafood in general, then it all started with fried fish, a mix of squid, shrimp, squid and octopus!
A tasty mix that cannot be missing in a lunch like this, together with a rich peppered mussels, a dish typically from southern Italy, especially the Puglia region where I live. Well this is a great way to celebrate our friendship, as well as nearly 10 years of working together!
